Barrington Brewery & Restaurant

Randomly stumbled upon Barrington Brewery & Restaurant and had an amazing time! The atmosphere is brilliant, staff are friendly. Tried the Barrington Brown beer – absolutely brilliant. Enjoyed the special roast turkey with bacon on bread, onion rings, and a cup of soup – all tasted fantastic. Had two pints and left with a great impression! Not to forget the chocolate cake which looked absolutely delicious so I got that to go and enjoyed it later with coffee. That one slice can feed 3 people.

We have eaten numerous lunches and perhaps a dinner ot two here over the course of the last decade. The service is always great, and they offer a nice selection of house brewed beers.

Photo #1 is today's first round: Nwe England IPA at left and the Raspberry Ale at right. The latter is a little on the sweet side as beers go, but delighful nonetheless.

Lunch today was Fish and Chips. Past meals have include the Cobb Salad, Rueben, Beef Brisket and Burgers. They also have a chocolate cake desert that needs to be seen in order to fully appreciate or belive it. This place is highly recommended for anyone in or passing through the Berkshires in western Massachusetts.

I recently organized a large gathering at Barrington Brewery on very short notice (ten minutes), and I couldn't be more impressed. The staff went above and beyond, securing a private area for our group, and the manager personally checked in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Despite the place being packed, the service was prompt, and the food was not only delicious but also served with attention to detail. Kudos to Barrington Brewery for turning a last-minute plan into a fantastic experience for our party! Five stars without a doubt.

Went there for dinner on a busy night during a holiday. The staff was very friendly and responsive. That was even more impressive knowing they were seating and serving two parties of 20+ while I was there. Even with those big parties, we were sat in a reasonable amount of time, waited on promptly, and food and drinks came out quickly. The food was good, and I recommend the brown ale for those who partake. Well def visit again my next time in the area.

We wandered into Barrington Brewery for a pint and a burger after a hike in the vicinity, and were very pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, the beer was very good, and the burger was exceptional! The food was so good we ended up getting pie and cake for dessert, and they were delicious as well. The peach pie was possibly the best we’ve ever tasted. This place is a hidden gem!

This place happened to be next to our hotel, and I’m so glad we ended up there! Their Scottish Ale (pictured) was utterly delicious, with a rich, stout-like mouthfeel and a slightly sweet flavor. The barbecued brisket was wonderful, juicy and delicious (although the barbecue sauce, while better than average, was not as good as the brisket itself); the mac-and-cheese was yummy and decadent, and the cornbread was soft and sweet. This place alone is worth a trip to Great Barrington.

They sell their beer in cans to go, and I can’t wait to have the Scottish Ale again, and to try the Black Bear Stout.

Cannot recommend Barrington enough! Every staff member I interacted with was very pleasant. Short wait for a table, but the food and beer were fantastic. It was bucketing rain when I was there, but I can't wait to come back in nicer weather to try their beer garden.

Best brewery I have been! And the food are all good and delicious! Get the cake! Lol

Location: It is located in MA, if you search brewery this is the first to come up! There is outdoor seating and it is huge restaurant.

Service: our server was nice, even though it is busy.

Food: Everything was so delicious and ginormous! BBQ BEEF BRISKET: to be honest I thought it was chunks of beef but this resembles like pulled pork, the meat is tender and moist! The sauce is divine! BBQ BABY BACK RIBS: pulls out the bone! Tender and huge! Both of them got side dish of MAC and CHEESE and CORN BREAD. The cornbread is so moist and probably best corn bread I had! The mac and cheese is good as well, so cheesy and creamy! HOTDOG and CHIPS: this is a kids menu, good according to my nephew, lol! BEER BATTERED ONION RINGS: they are fried very well and not greasy! FRESH OYSTERS: i think this is only seasonal but damn it is fresh and delicious! CHOCOLATE STOUT CAKE: omg this is the bomb! We ordered 3 to go! The chocolate cake is moist and the amount of alcohol in it is just perfect! The best choco cake ever!

Price rating: 7/10, the price matches all the deliciousness! Not bad for all the goodness.

I will be back here for the chocolate cake!! Get it!! It is a must!! Lol

This place had great food! I really enjoyed it I just got vegatables and hummus but it was so good! The drinks were delicous they have Pepsi products for soda. After we ate dinner we got the chocolate stout cake and it was HUGE and delicous! 10/10 wpuld recommend

The Gem of the town. Nice food. Delicious desserts. Very friendly staff. I work across the street and often hear people saying good stuff about this brewery. Ample of parking spots though always a busy place. I like the way the place is constructed, very contemporary. Old fashioned decoration is eye catching. Good place for families and young crowd to hang on. My family liked their cajun chicken sandwich. The chocolate cake is the best. Also famous for their shephard pie.

The brisket and cornbread are amazing! They have great local brews and the outdoor seating is very nice. I enjoyed the wait staffs knowledge of their menu and how nice they all were.

Service was good. Prices were good. Problems were sorted well. Beer was very good. Cake was really good. Good experience. My mother and father in law really didn't like the kielbasa (they said it was flavorless and they are pretty on the ball with food), but this was handled quickly and satisfactory with a hamburger replacement. Serving ice cream with children's selection was a welcome thought.

Mouth-watering food at fair prices. Ecologically conscious in that the brewery is mainly driven by solar power. Friendly, attentive staff and free wi-fi. Unique, historied decorations. The beers here brewed are full-bodied and flavorful. High-chairs available for small children. Two unisex bathrooms, though they are very small (like a telephone booth). Open-air dining available in-season. Growlers and other merchandise to-go!

Remember bringing the proof of vaccination to dine in! This new role makes us feel a little bit shocked, but take out is also a great choice to keep everyon healthy :)) Good food and beer!

Food was delicious for all 4 people in our party. The beers were also very good. They were mild as far as the hops go but they had sort of an English character to them.

For decades I have anticipated their wonderful ales, friendly people and locally sourced quality food. Feels like a homey English country pub. Yum!

Microbrewery which serves delicious food at unbeatable prices. The house beer is flavorful without being too full-bodied. Merchandise is retailed, including shirts and growlers. Next to the dining area is a full-fledged bar. The three bathrooms are unisex (two very small, whilst the third is sizable with a stall). Dessert menu is also impressive. Unique, vintage décor. Friendly staff and free, fast (5Gz) wi-fi. For those ecologically conscious, the brewery is powered mostly by solar panels.

First time visiting here and we had a great time. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Erin our server was great, she recommended great tasting food and beers.

We had a great experience here. The beer flights were great and the food was also good. I had the turkey pocket and it was way more food than I expected. We also shared multiple appetizers in our group (8 people) and they were all great. I recommend the sausage platter.
