McDonald's

This was the best McDonald's experience we've had in a long time. The employees were so kind and friendly. They even came out and gave our kids some fun little placemats while we waited for food. Everything tasted good and fresh (as much as you can expect from McDonald's) and the restaurant and bathrooms were both super clean. It made for a great lunch pit stop and we'll be keeping this location in mind for future travels!

Right off Exit 2 on I-90 in Lee Massachusetts. Small location with easy highway access with an adjoining gas station, so everything you need! This place is freshly remodeled and COVID-safe with no seating options inside but a few tables outside. Single lane drive thru. Very clean including the bathroom. Friendly and fast. Also uas designated Online Pickup parking slots.

I have a special order sandwich that I really enjoy. Sausage egg and cheese muffin add steak. Today in particular it was very well made hot and juicy.

Theresa's customer service is amazing she knows how to make her crew stay motivated and positive through the day to day!

The Rte 20 location is probably one of the fastest McDs out there.

Hats off to Morgan the manager, and her crew. This is a good restaurant, head and shoulders by far above the other ones in the area… definitely one of the best Mickey D's I've ever been to. Thanks guys!

This is our go to McDonald’s. Juan the manager has everything in tip top shape. The food is great and fresh. He goes out of his way. He remembered my wife’s fish from being there the previous week. Stop by and say hello.

The reviews on yelp bashing the manager Dan are total bs. I worked with him in the past he is a hard working individual. The lacrosse team was blatantly harrasing him in the video.

Clean restaurant and fast service. Good stop for a long drive.

Food was good, coffee was excellent, and friendly staff.

Visited several mornings in a row on a recent business trip, the mature drive-thru cashier was courteous, hard working, and efficient. Each morning I had my breakfast sandwich and coffee in no time before hitting the Mass Pike.

Was very busy but got there food out nice and steady.

As far as McDonald's go, 10/10. Great service, food was hot but not too hot to eat, and they managed to translate my "cream please and a tiny bit of sugar but but not too much cream" into a beverage. We also ordered breakfast sandwiches without the English muffins and staff didn't miss a beat.

Juan was amazing when I went through tonight. He was pleasant and very easy to speak to.. I hope he is recognized for his hard work. He definitely is a valued employee who cares about his coworkers who work extra hours and may not be feeling well. I was Soooo happy to talk to Juan and hope the company recognizes him for his hard work and DEDICATION. Thx you McDonald Lee mass 11/17 9:30 pm

Absolutely fantastic visit. The place is very well kept and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have a scavenger hunt available for children which is extremely fun. The displays are well put together and the movie downstairs was extremely informative. Don't forget to visit the back where Norman Rockwell studio actually is.

The Lee, MA MacDonald's always has excellent service, whether curbside or drive thru. Really nice people and good service. The new crispy chicken sandwich is quite tasty.

Cleaned up very well in the last year / last few months I’d say. The people are very kind to their customers and were all very pleasant to speak to. Service was fast too and food is fresh.
