Coffee was cheap .69 cents and was actually good coffee. And I bought a bacon egg and cheese stuffed hash brown. It was fresh and delicious, I instantly feel in love. Not to mention the employees were all super friendly and helpful. They have a fresh new look and offer a lot of healthy options as well for grocery type foods. I will definitely be returning to this gas station .

The place is great. Great staff, great food, new equipment. Can't ask for much more. I especially like that their pumps don't reject my Stop & Shop rewards card like every other station does. They read it right first time, every time.

A bit pricey but lots to choose from very friendly employees

Always open, usually entertaining people outside when it's really late, and the staff are friendly. Also, the night shift always has an armed guard in store.

The manager passive agressively hovers over customers he doesn't like, and it's purely based on appearance at that. I wonder if he's even from Pittsfield. Everything else though is great. I feel bad for the employees that work under him, must be uncomfortable having to deal with him.

Avoid if possible. Gas prices on the higher side, pumps often malfunction. Lots of issues EVERY time you try to purchase gas. Long lines, busy store, needs more cashiers and helpers. Security right on top of you feels creepy. Clean and larger than average store but lots of low lifers mingle about. Mask wearing for all customers not enforced. Parking lot could use a good cleaning. Why do you need the person's ZIP CODE every time you try to buy gas? My gift card was debited but never did get the gas. Got ripped off. My fault, I know not to try to buy gas there.

Apparently bathrooms close at 10 now. 10:07 wouldn't let my son take a piss. Is what it is, but chances are my kid wasn't going to do a bag of dope in the bathroom. Ill go elsewhere form now on.

Never has plant based milk in stock on the shelves, which is what I used to go there for in emergencies. Might as well go to Cumby’s, they at least sell oat milk now.

Apparently they don't make food in the afternoon anymore? They use to have hot food out until the late afternoon, now if you go in at 10:30 AM and there's maybe two over heated items left from breakfast. The cold sandwiches they do have taste like plastic and are always half soggy.

I went in and granted it's nice but they are over priced and their coffee is bitter I was approached by a lady with longer brown hair with blonde highlights who has a bad attitude and couldn't even smile or greet you and when I asked if they had large cups she snapped and said you need to wait I need to do this coffee first and then told me to go get a cup from the soda station instead they definitely do not have the customer service skills I will stay with Cumberland farms they have great smiling faces and prices

Prices are high,,,,, always out of cigs,,,,, couldn’t cash a lottery ticket at 2:30 in the afternoon ,,,,, if ya can’t cash them don’t have lottery ,,,,,,,, no selection of breads ,,,,,,
