My first time going to Luis Pacheco Tax, Alda was very efficient and quick with my taxes will go there again!

Be very careful with this place, they are actively censoring reviews. That is extremely insincere and should be concerning to a taxpayer that is willing to share personal information with them. There's a reason why I left that job after the tax season.

If you just look at the building you'll see how the letters have been falling off the business' name for years. That is usually a tell tale sign of what to expect. But, hey, paying for an Escalade is expensive. Just remember, there's plenty of places to have tax returns done in Fall River.

Highly unprofessional services especially from Luis Pacheco who I sat down with for the first time for about 5 minutes and he said “he would prepare my taxes then give me a quote”. After I received the quote I decided to go with someone else who was able to get me back $2,000 more of a refund then Luis Pacheco was able too. Obviously he’s not taking his time to review and file the correct paperwork. After notifying Luis Pacheco that I would not be interested in filing with his office he texted me in a very unprofessional matter threatening and stating he was still going to bill me for his time even though he didn’t submit my taxes or neither did I sign any paperwork also was told that “he will do anything it takes to receive that money”. I told him he can bill me and I will get my lawyer involved if necessary. Be careful if your thinking about coming here I would highly recommend to stay far far away.

Very unprofessional they tell you they be callling you back and never do. I tried asking them a couple of quick questions over the phone and they said to answer any questions I have to make an appointment without knowing what was the extent of the question. I really felt they were brushing me off on the phone. 🤦‍♂

Unprofessional!! Luis is nice guy in the beginning until he gets your money then becomes rude & unprofessional a totally different person. Stay away
