Great selection of products. It's possible to find a lot of them less expensive in other places but it's still nice to have this accessible supermarket.

Love when they carry vegan items.. I've been looking for this mayo everwhere and finally, STOP&SHOP now sells it. I thought like most vegan mayo the price was going to be outrages but to my surprise for a vegan product and a better alternative for me it was at a reasonable price. Thanks Stop& Shop - Fall River!

When shopping for purple top turnips, I informed the young man working in produce that not only were they dehydrated and shriveled up but that they should be removed. He thanked me and said he would take care of it. A little later, as I stood in checkout, he found me and gave me some fresh purple top turnips (more than I needed) and said there was no charge. Great way to treat customers and keep them coming back.

Yeah it's expensive but they have the best quality EVERYTHING by far. Staff is helpful and store always clean. One stop shopping, banking and pharmacy! But that little robot man needs to learn how to drive/walk.. 😕

Stop &Shop is convenient and accessible by bus. In addition to food and other household products, it has an inside bank, bakery, flower shop, and pharmacy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Having a daughter with special needs myself- I'm impressed that Stop &Shop employs several people with disabilities.

I use pick up often.l
understand they cant be perfect all the time. But the young lady Taylor or Tyler is exceptional . She goes out her way to get it right. She was taking a little more time than normal. So I questioned her. I had ordered steaks . They were out in the display case. She took it upon herself to ask the meat department to fill my order. She made my night. That is an employee who cares about the consumer. Stop and Shop managers you have a winner with that young lady. I would recommend her to a management position. Young lady I would give you a referance letter if you ever need one. Thank you .

5 stars for the online order pickup. First time user, downloaded the App and made an account. Had special offers available online and coupons which I wouldn’t normally take advantage of. Selected all the items needed with minimal options excluded.
Placed and paid for the order on the App in the comfort of my own home. Decided to do pickup as the location isn’t far, and the fee ($3) was less then delivery ($10) and the delivery hours weren’t ideal for me. Checked on the order early in the day to make sure everything was correct, order was ready hours before my preferred pickup time and if available I could’ve picked up earlier.
It was as easy as driving into the pickup parking lot spot and calling in to let them know I was there. A nice women came out with paper recyclable bags, and a medical mask for safety. I popped my trunk and she loaded my order. With a brief thank you and smile between masks and cracked window, the service was exactly what I needed during this crazy time. I felt safe getting groceries with my newborn and was able to make a delicious dinner with the groceries I purchased. Will use the service again and may try the delivery option in a pinch now that I’ve downloaded the app and created an account.
Recommend this service for high risk individuals during this pandemic.
As I watched the car in front of me arrive after me and hassling with everything, as I drove off with all I needed before them, I could only hope more people would take advantage of this service, not only at Stop and Shop but other stores as well.
Thank you Stop and Shop for offering the online pick up option and helping keep my family and others safe. I will use this service even after the pandemic as it was super easy and stress free.

Love stop and shop. They Always have the best deals on Gatorades and waters and soda. Add in the weekly sales they have on meat, produce and everything else. You really can't beat the saving you get at stop and shop. Expecially if you also pay attention to other deals going on at supermarkets like Shaw's and Market Basket. You end up with incredible savings just by paying attention to flyers that come weekly in the mail or looking online for the current deals of the week. You've gotta love the Internet and all the things it can be used for!

Love shopping there too good prices

I went shopping here with my friend and my son. We had the best time ever they were extremely nice and polite store was very well kept and we did use the restrooms and those are very clean there were managers - supervisor and staff right away to help you with whatever you need extremely nice people extremely clean store . did not have to wait at all to check out staff was also very understanding as my son was a little anxious and hyper cuz of course we're food shopping. I recommend this Stop & Shop every day of the week.

Great selection. The have minimal checkout employees but if you like self checkout, out can utilize their many self checkout aisles and be in and out of the store very fast. The store is user friendly with ample directions for the most common products you shop for. Produce and deli are fantastic.

Yeah let's go shopping stop & shop best prices in United States right about now Walmart coming big time though but they still 100% service quality food

We're going to shop here exclusively once we change over the pharmacy. We've always loved it but it's been a godsend during the pandemic. We have to do one stop shopping if we want everything we need every week.

Seafood staff was very helpful! Didn't see any swordfish in the case. He advised me they were out of it in the case. He brought me to the two freezer sections with swordfish and pointed out the one they carry in the case when available. Recommended!

I've never had a bad experience here. Lately boars head deli meats are having a supply shortage. Unfortunately that effects stop and shops and aggravates consumers. Not their fault.
