This place was lovely. Truly a 5-Star experience. It’s a beautiful restaurant nestled in a cute, quiet street and it looks like all the locals go here.

My kid had a little accident here and they felt so bad for him that they made him lollipops to cheer him up.

We couldn’t ask for a better dining experience. There is something to be said for family owned businesses. Jerry and his parents welcome you as if you were in their home. Our food was amazing, the sauce on my Veal was outstanding. The place is beautiful, cozy and they have an outside patio. Great evening. Highly recommend! Coco our server was exceptional.

Here to see the Tanglewood and Prime Italian steakhouse is our go to! Patio is our favorite spot with a glass of white. This time we order the pasta dishes which were so delicious and flavorful. The gnocchi dish might be A- this time n we may try something else next time. The Molten lava cake was so perfect for two of us to share. Definitely recommend this place for you if you come to Lenox.

Super friendly staff, very, very clean, option of smaller private rooms with glass panel doors available, beyond scrumptious, homemade, full- flavored foods, diverse menu, well stocked bar, outdoor heated patio area, and our waiter- who you must ask for- named Kellen was fantastic! He was the right amount of attentive, explained menu items, super friendly and accommodating.

Leaving a review for the ravioli: this is one of the best ravioli plates I've ever had, and I'm a picky New Yorker. The portion is a little on the smaller side, so if you're looking to eat a lot would maybe suggest another dish (my partner had the chicken marsala which was a bigger portion), but it is incredibly decadent so it does fill you up. The ravioli is filled with burrata and topped with caramelized peppers, mushrooms, and peas. It was a very flavorful meal.
Great dining experience. Our servers were also very nice and personable.

The gnocchi is a must. Parents had scallops special and what they called the best house salad they’ve ever had. I had a steak and pasta special with mushroom cream sauce. All the food and bread was spectacular. A little on the pricy side but a great little spot for dinner.

One the finest restaurants I've been to in along time. Every dish was excellent. The service was amazing. The restaurant was warm and comfortable. Make sure you put this restaurant on your list of places to eat.

This is by far the best Italian restaurant I've ever been to ! The food is fresh, tasty, and super authentic. 👌🏾 They go above and beyond to give you a taste of Italy. The drinks and dessert are great as well, and the service is amazing 👏

Best gnocchi I’ve had since grandmas. Srsly delicious limoncello cake and cinnamon dusted tiramisu. The whipped cream is enough of a reason to get some dessert. Lovely place. Order anything, it will be great.

Coco was an amazing server. The service was great, and the food was great as well. There was a patio area outside with heat lamps which we originally planned to sit but there was enough separation inside. Will def go back. Very accommodating with allergies as well.

Wonderfully warm and cheerful place to dine - we ate under a canopy with twinkling lights. I echo the family atmosphere - not stuffy - and our "whatever you need" waiter, the lovely Trevor. Chicken marsala good, but the sauce was too heavy for my taste; my brother LOVED the special. Great experience all around!

I’ve been coming to this restaurant since I was a little girl and I tell you it’s just as good as it was 20 years ago! The gnocchi is my favorite, so delicious. Maria was our waitress and she was amazing, Cathy is the sweetest, and Jerry kills it in the kitchen. Can’t recommend prime enough!

Amazing! They were very accommodating. We were a few minutes late for our reservation but they made sure we got our outdoor table on the patio. The staff was incredibly attentive and the owners are kind and welcoming. As if that weren't enough the food was beyond fantastic. Perfect portions, beautiful presentation and absolutely delicious. We will be back and recommend this place for sure.

A must if you are in town!!! My husband and I ate here Feb 2017 and it was such a great experience from start to finish. All the staff were friendly including the owners making their trips around the room. Marjorie was our server and she was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, fast, and used humor throughout the night. The timing on the readiness of the food made for a relaxing night out; we didn't feel rushed and we were never waiting for anything. And the food was delicious!!!!! Our appetizer, steaks, and dessert were exceptional!!! We will be back!!!!

My family and I LOVE this restaurant. The service is impeccable. Jackie and Coco were absolutely fantastic. They’re quick, informative, and always on point.

I give a 10/10 to all of our food and drinks. The wings changed my life and the cucumber martini was delicious and refreshing. I would highly recommend this cozy spot in Lenox.

Great place! Delicious food, classic Italian influences but with some modern flair, and it can be as casual or fancy as you want it. Very cool menu. The space is inviting and comfortable and the service is absolutely fantastic! The portions are big and it's a great value. If you're in the Berkshires and are looking for a lovely meal in a great location with super friendly service, this is your place!

Great meal, great service with Maria. My husband had the Ahi Tuna special. He said it was delicious. I had the veal cacciatore. The veal was so tender and the sauce was fabulous. I was a little nervous after reading some disturbing reviews but I guess everyone at Prime in Lenox was in a good mood and on their best behavior. I’m glad because it was a great dinner experience. Give it a try.

Delicious! Great wine, friendly staff, and the pasta dishes were fantastic (especially compared with some others we had in town). Good selection of after dinner drinks as well

This restaurant was terrific we started with the velvety smooth house made gnocchi with pompodoro sauce then moved to shrimp bruschetta, veal Marsala, and veal cacciatore. The veal dishes were perfect with tender veal and great sauces. The cacciatore was the best I have had to date. I would highly recommend this restaurant and was surprised to find in the Berkshires instead of NY or Boston. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

I have never wrote a review for a restaurant before but this deserves one. Seated quickly, regular menu looked great and their specials were phenomenal. Our waiter, bartender, hostess and chef were simply amazing. Our waiter Tom, was awesome and ended up we found out he grew up near our hometown! What a small world. My steak was delicious, my 3 year old daughter had 2 servings of the fried calamari and my wife had an amazing burratta ravioli with filet mug on that was amazing. The atmosphere, the food, the staff were all simply incredible.
