Love to stop by and pay my Grandmother's bill. The ladies in the office are so nice. Always have a smile on their faces. I am always treated respectfully. We never run out because deliveries are always on time! Great service and employees! Mr. Whiting would be proud.

Couldn't be happier. Recently had three service visits in a short period and because they didn't fix the problem the first time, they waived the labor on the second two. Oil delivery is not the cheapest but they make up for it. Fantastic customer service!

John has been here to get the boiler running when I couldn't figure it out myself, and he hasn't failed to get the heat going. Very experienced and professional. I'd recommend Whiting to anyone who needs oil delivery and service.

Now owned by a venture capital firm, no longer a locally owned small busines. They require cash on the barrel (COD) for repair work, even for long time customers who have always paid their bills on time. They refuse to work on systems with asbostos insullation, which is about half of basements in the area and is harmless if intact.

Go local and find a better oil/heat repair company.
