Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge

I really enjoyed my stay at the Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge, and if I’m ever in Falmouth again I will definitely be staying here! My room was perfectly clean, and I was very comfortable. All of the staff I interacted with were helpful and incredibly nice. I absolutely recommend staying here!

Great location for the beach and food, everything is right around the corner. And the rooms are crazy clean. If anyone can complain about this place I know a guy that can remove that stick.

There are not enough words for how much we loved this hotel. I can't ever remember adding an extra night to our stay just because of how much we loved the room, but that's exactly what happened this time.

We had a room in the Harbor House. It was spotless, beautiful with cheerful colours and lovely finishings and lots of storage space. Wonderful location right near the beaches and town Staff were all super friendly. Just perfect all around. We can't wait to go back!

This place…. A diamond in the rough!!! I can’t say enough good things about this last minute find on the cape. Woman at the front desk was wonderful - the owner got my room ready herself the service was incredible, friendly and welcoming. I stayed in the Cape House and a 5 minute walk to a few of the restaurants and beach. The property comes with a pool different lounge areas. Such a relaxing vibe. I will be returning! Thank you!!!

My group booked a few rooms here last minute, after our AirBnB turned out to be awful. We've never had a better hotel experience than we had at the Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge. Management was so accommodating and nice, and the location was beautiful. I absolutely recommend them!

This is not your typical "motor lodge" and I strongly encourage you to check it out! I've been coming here for several years now every July for a work conference and it never disappoints! I've also stayed here with my family in the fall, too. Each room or unit is unique, neat, clean and feels like home. The grounds are pristine with many flowers, green grass and pruned hydrangeas. The pool is sparkling clean and towels are provided in the main office.

The rooms are clean and have comfortable beds, full length mirrors, bright lights in the bathrooms, hair dyer, microwave, ceiling fans, dimmers, and some have beautiful decks with awnings that provide shade with comfortable furniture where you can enjoy the sea breeze and read or relax. You can store cold drinks in the refrigerator and there are plenty of plug sockets for all your needs. If you want to eat in, there are some efficiency units or units with full kitchens and there are outdoor grills readily available, too. This is the best place to work or simply recharge as the atmosphere is serene and tranquil.

On cooler days you can open the windows and deck doors to enjoy the fresh air or if you prefer you can turn on the AC instead. The staff is very helpful and amazing. You can walk to the beach, in about five minutes, walk or jog in safe scenic neighborhoods. You can also walk to Main street or to local restaurants and shops. You are also close to the harbor and can take the Island Queen over to Martha's Vineyard for the day with your bicycle! The location is fabulous.

I recently had a wonderful experience at the Beach House Room 21 at Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge. The room was beautiful and immaculately clean! The owner Maureen is lovely and so hospitable. Amazing water pressure in the shower, which I love! This hotel has a great location close to everything. My niece and I were so happy to be there after losing power at our home last week. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I will be visiting again for sure!

I was a little hesitant when we pulled up and it looked like an old motel, but looks can be deceiving. This property is beautiful and so well maintained. You can tell that the owners really care about the place. We had a king room in a separate building that was clean, beautiful and quiet. Just so happened that our good friends that we were reconnecting with booked the other room next to ours. We had a lovely porch to have our coffee on each morning. We were within walking distance of a cute breakfast place, several restaurants and a bike rental place. The grounds are also beautiful and we really enjoyed just hanging out at the pool after an active day. We were frequently checked on throughout our stay and got great advice on things to do. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating! They're helped me get an extra night even after being booked full, as soon as there was a cancellation I was notified immediately and got to extend my vacation! Housekeeping kept everything very tidy and even straightened out my son's pack n play while we were out, I thought that was very nice. The rooms are cute, my only complaint is the beds are a little too firm for me, and the pillows were kinda flat. The most important thing is that everything is kept
extremely clean. I've been in some sketchy old motels, and although this one is older it's very well taken care of. I didn't get to use the pool or walk to the beach because I spent all my time traveling to Martha's vineyard, via the island queen ferry (which is not even 5 minute walk) But I got to get a glimpse of it and it looked refreshing. I'll definitely be returning next year. The price is very fair considering the area, and after all they have to offer including beach access it's really one of the best deals on the cape.

Very clean rooms. Customer service fantastic! Location is wonderful. The owner Very involved. The pool and grounds were great. Grills and picnic area was a huge plus. Recommend to anyone I know to go and stay here!!!!!

Super friendly! Very clean! Very comfortable! 5 stars. We will back. The grounds well manicured. Yes they have bath towels. They are under the sink and sign on bathroom mirror 😊 a must stay !

Our 8 days were nothing but the best! Beautiful spacious lodge room with all ammenities we needed. The entire staff were so kind and friendly.Walking distance to the ocean and some mighty fine dining! Couldn't ask for anything better.. Thank you all for our rewarding stay...

This is our fifth year at Falmouth heights . We look forward to staying there every June . We have stayed in two different rooms and they were both absolutely gorgeous . Great outdoor decks for evening drinks . Would never stay anywhere else . Owner Maureen , is fantastic and always gives us the room we want . Staff is incredible especially marcelle who was like the little elf who cleaned our room fluffed our pillows and everything was spotless when we returned from our conference . This truly is the best of the cape !!

We needed a reservation in town very last minute, and we lucked out with Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge. This was our first time here, and it will be our first choice to stay here next time we’re in town. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and provided recommendations to some local favorites. Our room in the Grand House was lovely, with a cute balcony! Everything was so clean, and the grounds were well kept. Highly recommend!! Thank you!!

This property was so clean and well maintained. Debbie, the Mgr, was extremely helpful and informative. The property is very cool with houses you can rent as well as several amenities and activities. Liberally located seconds from the beach and downtown.

I can't say enough great things about the Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge. First and foremost, Maureen and the entire staff are very friendly and accommodating. Everyone has a smile and always asks how our stay is going. This is our second time staying here and each time our room was terrific. The rooms are spotless and up to date. The WiFi signal was a little weak but it didn't interfere with our connection. The outdoor pool is a perfect size and was well maintained. They provide propane barbecue grills that some guests used daily. Other guests were so nice it was like family. The beach and ferry to Martha's Vineyard are in short walking distance. Even in this Covid-19 era, we felt very safe staying here and never once was worried about it. The staff wore face masks and gloves all the time. We’re already planning our return in the fall and summer.

Clean, cozy rooms with a great location. 5 minute walk to the beach...restaurants and shops close by...has a beautiful pool area and gardens.we always stay here when we come to the Cape. Close to the ferry for Martha's Vineyard. Maureen and her staff are the best!

Why was it excellent? First off, perfect location. Right by the world's loveliest beach, and a very tasty restaurant, (The Black Dog) the Moter Lodge has endless opportunities surrounding it. Second, the staff were super duper helpful, and they had a very charming kid. Lastly, I did not want to get out of bed after a great night sleep on the best mattress I have ever slept on. (Had a dream about Cape Cod actually...)

Why would you stay any place else ? Maureen the owner and her team are always at the top of their game. Assuring guess have anything and everything they need. Immaculately clean since reopening this season, Maureen personally ensures each room is perfect. Quiet when it needs to be but with the perfect Cape Cod vibe.
