McDonald's

This is one of the best McDonalds in St. Louis and I don't say this lightly!! I have been to this McDonalds SEVERAL times. In fact, I go to this McDonalds almost each time I get off of work. This place is always well-ran, clean, the service is always quick, their staff is always nice, the food is always good, and everything about this McDonalds is kept neat. I actually live near a McDonalds, but instead of going to the McDonalds close to my house (because the McDonalds near my house is always a chaotic and ghetto mess), I always drive the little bit of distance to come to this McDonalds instead and it's worth it every time.

Great staff and atmosphere but the coke is always mixed with too much water and has no flavour. The food is great 👍.

Fast food, friendly service.

Parking lot is cramped and small - be careful when pulling out to exit of cross traffic from both Old Orchard and Big Bend.

I have seen past reviews on here, but recently I went anyways. Yes they were short staffed and drive thru apparently to be slow a bit. That happens I'm not one to complain why? My food was made correctly and was fresh. I Have previously worked in fast food so i understand how it feels. So everyone wants to complain about its slow or they don't answer the phone, well put yourself in their shoes. It's hard to do everything and do it all right , we are human. We all make mistakes or can't be avaliable for everyone every time of the day, times is hard with this covid. So keep your heads up guys and girls.

I was having an issue with technology and Dakota (presumably the manager) fixed it very quickly! They were really nice and fast. I will definitely be going here rather than other locations in the future. Food was fresh and tasted great. Thank you Dakota!

One of the few McDonalds in the area that still readily offers the McCrispy patty for the McChicken McGriddle in the morning... Don't get me wrong, the alternative isn't bad, just not the same!

Busy, but got us out fast. The drive thru person was absolutely wonderful, even though they were busy. Food was basic McDonald's food, but the fries were fresh and great.

One of the best experiences I have had at a McDonalds. The credit card machine was down, and we did not notice. And Christian actually spotted the $3.60 for a kids meal. I have never experienced such a kind act at a McDonald’s in St. Louis.

My favorite location by FAR! Definitely a hidden gem!!! Service and food are consistently quick and hot no matter how long the line!

Their service has been exemplary, especially in regards to curbside pickup. They've always worn masks both inside and when delivering food and it's been ready within a few minutes every time. Easily the best McDonald's in the area.

Very fast working people here even when the line is backed up in the middle of lunch hour with tons of people coming in at probably the most buisiest McDonald's and you think your going to be waiting all day for your food they manage to keep the line moving and get you your food quick fast and in a hurry and still hot!

This McDonald’s is definitely my go to always good food usually pretty good service with a fairly quick drive-through.

workers are always fast and friendly. I see 2 of the same workers a lot of the days I go there through drive-thru. Always quick and accurate

I don't usually expect much from McDonald's, but this one is by far one of the best fast food places I have been to. The staff is always friendly, and the food has never been disappointing.

Didn't have to wait long. PLUS, child's meals were in plastic Halloween pumpkins!

It almost fealt as if you were in a farey tell woods it was very some what different then any other park don't really have words for it to see can't hurt ☺

Lobby was open, making my Doordash and Uber pickups easier.

The food was delicious and restroom was clean.

Its McDonald's what can you say.... got my breakfast this morning and it was a fast drive thru... no complaints
