Jacob Chavoustie provided outstanding customer service. We needed to carpet our AZ winter home and wanted the same carpet we just put in our summer home. We didn’t know the manufacturer or style name. From a picture, Jacob quickly found the carpet in their showroom. Once we placed our order, it was about a week and he was calling to set up installation. On installation day he called to be sure the installers had arrived. The installers were professional and worked quickly. The carpet looks amazing. After installation he came by and did a walk through and discussed warranties. I would highly recommend Flooring America of Chandler and be sure to ask for Jacob!

It has been close to one year that Dale & Flooring America Chandler installed heavy duty commercial grade floors in our living room and guest bedroom. We are thrilled. Dale personally made sure the job was done right. The made in the USA flooring has held up to traffic & pets!!what else can I say, we are satisfied customers. Thanks again Dale!

Working with Flooring America was a great experience from start to finish. We had decided to replace the flooring through out the entire house, and ended up with a beautiful wood look tile. My wife and I thought we knew what we wanted when starting the process, found a few colors/patterns, and ended up liking something completely different. Once we had the basic idea of what we really liked, Dale was amazing in suggesting similar options based upon our feed back. He has a great eye and good sense of what the customer would like. Dale made sure to walk us through all the options, what the installation would be like, and answered all of our questions, of which there were many.

The removal and installation teams were excellent and professional. During the installation, we still occupied the house, but Felix and team made sure we knew the game plan to shift around the house accordingly. I cannot remember our floors ever looking this good.

Dale made sure to keep in contact through the entire experience, made sure to do the final inspection with us, and even followed up making sure we are happy with everything. Great company and great team.

Jacob helped me in every aspect of selecting and installing my new carpet. He is a true asset to Flooring America and he has the patience and knowledge needed to help his customers. He is a compassionate young man and takes pride in doing a job well done!

We had an a wonderful experience replacing all the carpet in our house upstairs (stairs, bedrooms, hallways). Dale helped us make a really good decision on carpet and color, and the installers showed up on time and got it all done. I was especially impressed with how they handled all of our heavy furniture, how nice they were during the process, and the final results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flooring America and Dale specifically.

Everything from picking our flooring to installation went very smoothly. Mark did a great job, and Dale brought the color / pattern we went with and *didn't* pick at the store...I think he knew better than us. ;)

Flooring America in Chandler is the BEST! Dale and Amber really took amazing care of my husband and I. Once you start looking for carpet you realize it is not an easy task. There are so many options from price point to quality…and then the decision, do I even do carpet or do I stick with the wood tile planks throughout??

We decided to go with carpet and Karastan at that! Top quality and gorgeous colors to choose from. The carpet was the last to be installed after a complete remodel of the home. New stairs finished getting installed and stained Thursday and carpet installed Friday…Goldenrod…Oh I was so excited!!!

I got home from work and the carpet was not the correct color. It was pink to say the least!! Yes, very stressful.

Dale and Amber worked hard to ensure not only did Karastan replace our carpet with no charge, we decided to go with a completely different color to ensure it wouldn’t happen again. They ordered the carpet and it was installed to perfection! I am so happy with the carpet, it’s like clouds under our toes!

My husband and I had a great experience working with Dale and team at Flooring America. And it was not an easy job replacing our old tile with new luxury vinyl plank flooring. We were amazed that the dust was so minimal from the removal, and how quickly they were able to install the new floors. Well done.

Flooring America was wonderful to work with. My wife and I struggle with choosing the right products and colors, but Dale and team did a wonderful job helping us with that entire process. The removal of our old tile and carpet and installation of new carpet and LVP went very smoothly. Highly recommend working with them.

I can be a difficult customer and sometimes, rightfully so. Ive had bad experiences and even contractors take deposit and fail to finish jobs. However, FAC / Dale made the process painless and easy. Samples brought to my home, took measurements, listened well to what I was hoping for as and end result and provided feedback when I asked, only. All with no pressure. Estimate promptly returned and questions answered in more than reasonable follow up times. Dale orchestrated the work well. The workers were efficient, considerate and respectful. Follow up concerns or adjustments I wanted were addressed promptly, once again. Excellent communication all around. Consistent starting time in the morning and Dale even arranged for all large furniture pieces to be moved and put back in place when the job completed. The prices are a bit higher but for a full service experience for someone like me who works 10 hour days and just wanted quality products with a lifetime warranty, it was perfect. This business has been operating for quite some time and stands behind their work. Reputation and quality work speaks for itself. Would recommend to others looking for this type of service. I'll personally be using them again to finish up my fireplace and kitchen.

Flooring America of Chandler has so many beautiful choices! Amber was very helpful in helping us weigh our different options in the store. Dale came to our house to take detailed measurements and provide a very thorough quote for our work. The quoted work was only slightly different than we expected (~$300) because our job required more leveling agent than expected. We are very happy with the finished product!

I have been privileged with the help of Flooring America in Chandler for many years. They keep WONDERFUL records and it helps to expedite new projects in a tremendous way! Dale was fabulous with knowing what would look best in my home and was not trying to push the most expensive product. I felt they truly had my best interest at heart. There was a delay at the mill of my product but Amber stayed on top of it and communicated with me regularly. Reaching out to Flooring America of Chandler was the best decision I could have made in choosing a reputable flooring company. I did my due diligence and had 3 quotes and my decision was not only based on price but service. The moment I walked into the store and Greg greeted me I was blown away with his knowledge of the products and industry, and his willingness to spend as much time with me as needed. Greg followed the project from beginning to end of completion. In fact, the entire crew from Jake to the tile layers were all courteous, respectful and wanted to make sure the job was done well and to my satisfaction. I also liked the fact it was a family run business, and would definitely recommend anyone looking for flooring options, a great price and service to check them out.

Just had tile installed in our kitchen. The installers did a good job, worked quickly and it looks great. We have also purchased carpet/installation from this store and have been very pleased. Quality and selection and attentive customer service.

I was so impressed, I did business with Cory and she was amazingly helpful and detailed everything, we told her that we wanted to get it done in May (we purchased in March) on April 29th she called and ordered the carpet and the date for it to be installed. The day of I received a call and text from Cory at 8:30 letting me know they would be out. Originally they said that it would take 4 hours but it actually ended up taking six. I don't blame them though for that it was a good chunk of our house getting redone and it was just two guys who did it.

But I have to say... I love this carpet I am so happy with the quality and the service that we received 20 out of 10 would recommend...

Loved walking the showroom to see all the selections!! So many options and great prices. The warranty is what sold it for me. Amber is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was very patient with all my questions and decision making.
