She is the absolute best

I made the appointment a couple of month before I was given one. I finally get there to be surprised by the fact that I was seeing the nurse practitioner. If I had been told when I made the appointment that I would be waiting months to see someone who did not have the education and experience to take care of my complicated situation I would have gone elsewhere.

I thought they were great, but I haven't been in a few years (Hello, Covid!) Called to make an appointment to have a pre-cancerous area re-checked and was told since it had been 3 years, I was considered a "new Patient' and they aren't taking new patient appointments until the Fall. Terrible!!
