Been banking there for many years and have always had great pleasant service. Very happy and love the small shop feel every time I go in or through the drive thru!

MidFirst is a great bank, This branch in particular has a nice small town feel. I have been coming in here from time to time for a few years now, I rarely have to use my bank card because the tellers know me by name. They take the time to actually find out who you are and remember you. I have switched several friends over, I have accounts that are free for my teenage kids. We have moved much of our Business banking here. If you want to get away from the faceless corporate feel of large banks, this is a great way to go.

I've been going here around 10 back when you couldn't do near as much online which has been a blessing in light of recent events. Always great people and wonderful service. I use 'em every chance I get.

I have numerous accounts here and was desperate to leave the big bank ( Wells Fargo / B of A ). When I first joined I was so happy, they went out of their way to please the customer. After being with them for 2 years, the experience declines consistently. Last Saturday I went in to open an account and on a Saturday they have one person to help. The teller says to me " most banks are closed on Saturday and we are open ". She says Arizona Bank and Trust is closed. Great info. They do the whole " hello, how is your day, what are you doing today and think that is good enough. I see random fees charged occasionally that I don't understand but my main thing is when you ask questions to the tellers or give your opinion on something they are combative. I said " you only have one person on a Saturday to help and the response is most banks are closed and don't be rude to me ? Close to moving banks, not that they care. They are losing what made them special as they grow. Not much different than the big banks. By the way, Dave at the Gilbert branch is always trying to help and always working. Nice guy.

I had the worst and unprofessional service from the "bank manager", Casey Heaton. I wanted to open a non personal account. He argued with me on the legal setup. I never had problem with the setup ever and I bank with national banks. Casey said he knows what he is talking about because he has DECADES of banking experience. Finally, I called my CPA/Attorney who had to explain to him on the setup. He then was embarrassed by his behavior (yet eyes welled up and charged with emotions) and told me to leave his office and threatened to call security. REALLY? I went to another Mid First Branch and opened what I needed without Casey's ego and drama. I think the staffing shortage at this bank is caused by Casey's emotional instability and not by his upper management. Other Mid First branches don't seem to be as chaotic with staffing turnover.

Casey and Brandy are amazing! The staff is so short staffed.Higher ups need to step up fast. Why in the world are you all open until 7pm???? Take care of your employees and your community. What a disgrace! Especially in this world.

Like Walking Into A Morgue Not A Bank

Nearly a decade long customer. Miss high energy and strong customer service.

The branch manager here is a shorter chap who acts as though customers are an interruption versus the reason why he's there. Perhaps he is taking an online course on how to smile??? Long way to go

Iulia seems to be too busy playing with her phone either texting or posting pursed lipped selfies on vapid validation-seeking social media sites to have any time to talk to anyone actually there to conduct business.

And all but one teller have the personalities of stale, moldy bread dipped in condensed rotten smelly milk and cod liver oil.

High probability of pulling funds to a better institution soon.

No charge ATM usage pretty ace but better friendlier banks have caught on.

Very disappointed about this Bank!there’s nothing worse than this particular bank.I have been with them for a couple of months now but I’ve been very busy can’t wait to switch to a different bank. They don’t tell you the balance if you’re calling the # on the back of your card you actually have to call the bank in order to find out how much money you have in your account or to stop by their branch.I wouldn’t mind checking my balance on line but every time I’m trying to sign in on my personal on line banking they’re telling you that you’re putting the pin or the password wrong, and if you call them to fix it still won’t work.If you deposit cash money at the atm drive through won’t go right away into your account could take days that’s messed up.If you loose your back account debit card they don’t have a machine that do that right away you got to wait a couple of days until they send it to you by mail.I had so many issues with this Midfirst Bank can’t wait to close my account like ASAP!Terrible!!!
