I went there to get my batteries replaced on my liftmaster garage door openers and was greeted and helped immediately by a young man who took my openers and immediately started to replace the batteries. I was in and out in about ten minutes or less. Superb five star service!!!! Thank you so much 😊

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I shop here often for these type of needs and a couple days ago was in the middle of a plumbing project. GREG is the most helpful employee at any store I've ever dealt with. He not only helped me find the right sized parts but explained everything about the parts I had, and was buying etc. He was outstanding.

Service has gone from poor to excellent as of late. Some cashiers need to have a more friendly demeanor but the floor staff are excellent and helpful.

Can't ever go wrong with an ACE hardware. Nice staff and had what I needed.

I wish to thank Roman for all his help. He was very patient and helpful during my search for products to help with my Xmas decorations. 👍🏽

Weirdly enough, this Ace Hardware has THE BEST selection of snacks. I've actually stopped here before just for snacks.

I was in in your store for the first time last night (1/10/23) around 7 pm. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store, every employee I encountered were polite, helpful, good conversationalists, respectful-all of the things anyone would want in in a customer service based business. My husband has shopped at your store for years and always spoke of how well he has been treated. In a world where people are quick to complain, I wanted you to know that you have a really amazing group of people representing your store.

Very nice individuals who worked in a timely manner and took time to play with my kids while paint was mixing explaining all about frogs and why the store had so many.

The paint department was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and had everything I needed in one quick check out.

The store is clean and everybody seems to know where everything is at.

This is always my Go-To " I need something" store. Everyone here is always friendly and willing to assist you. The staff is also very knowledgeable, management is doing a great job here. This is also the largest Traeger Dealer you will find for miles. They have everything you could want for all of your grilling needs it's awesome!!!

I would just like to say, everytime I go to Ace, customer service there is the best! Anna at the Chandler store was so helpful, ordered product that was out of stock, and found other items I was searching for leaving me a very happy customer! Decided to dig out a bush that looked miserable and plant another in a different place. It was great to go up the street to this Ace store and buy a reasonably priced digging spade and mattock/pick to cut the roots and stumps out. Both were less expensive than I expected and worked perfectly. Bought a good long hose and spray nozzle last week-also both work just fine. Earlier, I had 2 paint samples matched to touch up an interior and an exterior wall-they matched well. I find the staff to be generally very helpful and would much rather go here for my needs than the big box store as long as they continue to carry the nice selection they now have.
