Excellent UPS store! I needed some documents faxed and notarized or witnessed and they had no one to notarize and would not sign as a witness, even though I have an account with them.
So I went to this store near Bashas. I can tell this store is a more organized and have more options. Their mailbox yearly rates are lower. When my box needs to renewed I might just switch to this location.

Best Ups Store hands down! Amazing service, friendly people, and great prices. Since the new owner this place has taken a great turn and every experience is as good as the last.

Always good, employees are great. The only reason I don't like coming here is because the other customers there are usually really rude, especially to the employees. Every time.

I've been going here multiple times a week for a little over a year and this location has been great. I noticed a change over in staff some time in the summer, but the level of service didn't dip. I do everything here from printing to faxing and shipping and have always been happy with their customer service. I happen to mainly interact with Annie and Ryan and they're both excellent in terms of effectiveness, communication, and professionalism. Very personable. Caitlyn and Cameron are the only other two names I know, and they're top notch too and so are their coworkers whose names I haven't learned. Even with this being a high volume store, they work diligently to keep customers from waiting in line too long.

Came in with some large splitters for a car and Gio was super patient and helpful. Honestly, work ethic like he has is unfortunately uncommon these days. Really enjoyed the entire transaction!! Thanks so much!

So once again, I needed to ship a large package and didn’t have the box or packaging. I was relieved to work with Elizabeth who did nothing but help me get everything put together as soon as possible! It was a great customer service experience, she even called after I left to double check an address adjustment. Much appreciated because shipping stores can definitely be a mix of different levels of service!

This is a busy location. The employees are friendly and work quickly to get everyone in and out as fast as they can. I’m here 2 or 3 times a week. I mostly drop off pre-labeled packages but also have utilized the other shipping services they offer. I never wait more than five minutes. Thanks so much for taking care of all my shipping needs!

Love this location and absolutely love seeing the awesome new manager, Ryan. Hopefully the owners see that he's doing a great job.
He's always friendly, very quick with his service to customers..often times helping two customers at once. (I definitely appreciate the multi-tasking... especially when the store has long lines). This location is always my preferred store, even more so now with seeing this nice young man in charge of the store. Great Job Ryan.

I am so impressed with this location. Jeff, Stephanie, and their team are so amiable, professional, and quick. I love how they take extreme pride in their business. They are organized, clean, service oriented, and they always know who I am when I walk through the door. They go the extra mile by having my packages that won't fit in my mailbox ready to give to me before I even check my mail. I am confident my information is safe with them, I trust doing business with their establishment, and I always feel special whenever I show up. I had to return 2 things from Amazon. I typically avoid these places just thinking it would be like a post office type of experience. I avoid them so much that I don't usually return stuff. 🤭 This was one of the best customer service experiences that I've had. Fast, very friendly and patient service. Thank you! I'll for sure use this place for my postage needs!

Excellent customer service
I was recently trying to get a refund from an Amazon return. The merchant said they never received my return, but thanks to Jeff he gave me the tracking number, who signed for it and exact time and date. Always great customer service

I have been utilizing this UPS store for many years. I choose to do business here because of the fast, accurate, friendly customer service they consistently provide. The owners are amazing people and they hire quality people that also care about customer service and politeness. The store is always clean.

Stephanie and her husband own this location and are a great team. They have done a wonderful job on doing projects for my business (copies and ad material and shipping), plus handled all our personal shipping needs. They have the right balance of making you feel like a friend but not wasting your time. I strongly recommend this ups store.

Stephanie and her husband are always so polite and helpful, store has a friendly, neighborhood appeal. Printouts are done promptly and very easily through email.

Stephanie and Jeff are awesome to work with for all mail needs but also for printing documents and large scale pictures. Having a PO Box at the store is super convenient for small businesses, etc. They’re always ready with a smile and are super accommodating. Highly recommend!
