I love Dr. Cravanes I've been going here since I was born I am 22 and now I bring my daughter. I read some of the other comments and I saw a couple that were not true. They do take passport for one the staff have never been anywhere close to rude with me or in front of me. My baby's đr is the best one there she loves children and very playful and gentle. They are very busy so it takes longer to get an appointment but it's worth it and most of the time if your kids need to see a Dr right away they try to squeeze you in the next business day.

Dr. Clan is the best, he’s very patient and caring. My one year old hates going to the doctor and kicks and screams but Dr.Clan always has a positive attitude and takes care of my son. Been going there since my little one was two days old and won’t go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Clan for your patience and care!

Love all the dr's here. Great with my kiddos and listens to what i have to say. Great place with great dr's.

Pediatricians Turn Well Baby Checkups into Vaccine Battlegrounds

I called to set up an appointment for my son who was not seen for 2 months wellness check up.. Lady who answered the phone was not helpful... told me can't take new patients till september.. i was debating whether to choose tht place or not after reading the recent review and i was dissappointed with the service given to me..

I highly recommended Tendercare Pediatrics to my friend, as my 2 kids were patients there for almost 10 years and we loved the staff and service provided. Well today I was shocked to hear that my friend (as a new patient) was treated rudely, staff were rude to each other (talking down and even snapping) in front of my friend and her child. My friend has Passport and at the end they said they could not see the child and sent them home. They do accept the insurance and yet did not assist the family. To top it off, when asked for a Dr note for the child they never received one. The family waited close to 20 min for the note, but never received one. I will never recommend them to anyone again.

My three boys have been seen here since they were born. The oldest being 16 yrs old. All three of my boys are sick and I have taking them three times and every time they tell me something different. My youngest son has a cough so bad that he throws up and crys because his throat hurts so bad. The stupid lady doing the appointments keeps telling me that there are no appointments left. The doctors won't give them any medicine. Use to be the best. Now the worst doctor that I have ever been too. My boys have been sick for a month now. A lady I know called right after me and got an appointment the same too. Nice right. DONT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. Time to find another. My boys deserve better.

Called today to make an appointment and could not hold. Recording said the estimated hold time to make an appointment is 29 minutes. I have not thought things were ran well since Norton (Kosair) Childrens took over, but a hold time of nearly a 1/2 hour to schedule an appointment is unacceptable.
