Norton Children's Medical Group - Okolona

This has been my children’s pediatrician for years and I love this office and Dr. Tevelli. I had the pleasure of also working with the LCSW Ms. Iesha who is an absolute gem and was so needed at this office. We had the pleasure of meeting and working with her to get resources for my grandson to help with his behavior issues. She was so sweet and supportive throughout the session and gave great resources. She is a great asset to the office and I will be letting others that I talk to know about her and the great work she does and is doing.

We switched our kid's doctor to one that was closer. I called to schedule an appointment and we had one booked for the following week. We didn't wait long inside at all. Both kiddos got seen at the same time. The Dr. took his time with the kids and answered all our questions and listened to our concerns. I feel we got really great care here. We had no issue with the front desk. Today, we had to turn some paperwork in. Had to call before walking in and it was all no problem at all. Everybody was friendly

people are really nice. When we take our son we are not waiting forever. Can't speak for the other doctors at this location but our doctor is very knowledgeable and has no problem answering and questions or concerns that we have. All in all good place recommend it to anyone with a child.

I have 5 children that go here and I absolutely love the drs my kiddos see..I do males for my boys and the females for my girls so I have seen pretty much all of them..Personally I don’t have any bad experiences with any of them..don’t plan on going anywhere unless we move lol..Love when I call to let them know we are there, they ask a couple questions, bring us in and straight to a room..not only that I have never spent more than 45 mins there and that was me having more than one child being seen.They have been a blessing to us …

Very friendly and informative staff. Dr. Metry is great, she has great bedside manner and explains things so you can actually understand them.

The ladies at the front desk are always so wonderful and the staff are always professional and helpful.

Great doctors but Dr. Payne is the greatest!

We love it there. I even went there when I was a kid. Never had a bad experience.

I've been taking my kids here for 3 years! I had to jump around to different doctors because Dr.schrode was very rude & inconsiderate to my kids & me as well. Not even so much as an apology from her or the head person in charge. I took them too see doctor clan, he treated me like I was slow. I saw every doctor in there. & The only one I will ever take my kids too see is Dr tavelli! He is amazing with both my kids. He actually stays in the room too help until he figures out what's wrong. He recommends stuff & also gives samples for you too try before you buy! He is an amazing doctor & in my opinion the best one up there. My daughter loves going to see the doctor because of him.

Dr, and nurses are wonderful but what good does it do when the receptionist is a minimalist. I have called several time in the last year to get my 4 year old her vaccines. Wanna know how the process is going ? She turns 5 this november and even if i talk to someone else she cancels the appointment and says your daughter is up to date. Will be switch pediatricians unfortunately because this is a huge waste of time to keep rescheduling and have the appointment cancelled behind me
