Various rental cars to selected . Acceptable only credit card which can be US or international, both are fine. Debit and cash are not acceptable and no expectation.

Mine used international one. My purpose was for driving test exam which I got it eventually.

200$ deposit + day of your rent = total that you need to pay. Can be extended if you contact staffs in advance.

Strongly recommend for anyone who not familiar with left hand side driving. Do all insurances, it’s safe in every way.

Mine had minor accident while parking and hit my neighbor’s car + fell into big hole while google map led me uphill. Caused to AC leaked and some part underneath the car torn down but no need to paid anything because insurance already covered.

Office is minimal. Clean and cozy. 3-5 seats for customers. 1 toilet for service. Cute decorations

SUPER AWESOME STAFF! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something professional, fast, quick and convenient. They made my car rental a very nice experience. After getting into a car accident, Jacob was very understanding and worked with me to help me get what I needed in my budget.. managers jay and Alex helped me get a car that fit my needs plus a free upgrade! Dale and Deane were also very pleasant to work with during the return process and they even offered me a ride home so I didn’t have to walk, this is my new go-to rental spot

Got into a terrible accident late last night and finally got approved for a rental last second, as in right before they closed the store.
J Corpuz not only took care of me after they technically had closed, but continued to help others very kindly and quickly while I phoned my insurance when there was an issue.
Didn't speak unkindly or rudely to me, or anyone else for that matter, once while we spent the next hour trying to get me into a vehicle.
After a beyond stressful day, him making this easy and being so nice was really appreciated.

Busy location, in a busy parking lot. Several cars on hand today, the best thing to do is know beforehand what you want. I got a Camry but could have gotten a brand new Jeep Wranglers 4X4, Shiny Black paint, a great SUV, but my 71yo mother did not need that! Lol. Have patience they're busy.

Friendly staff, good selection of vehicles, reasonable rates, and easy online reservation system. .. what more could you ask? I was thinking about using Turo, but everything there was at least 2x more, and way too far away. Enterprise was close, and super easy. Returned early due to changing needs and was rebated the difference without hassle. I'll use again whenever the need arises.

I had a great experience at Enterprise Tempe. My vehicle wasn't available when I arrived but Jacob explained it was getting an oil change. Ethan drove to pick up the type of vehicle I rented.
Jacob and Ethan were very professional, kind and genuinely friendly. I appreciate everything they did and will go to them next time I need to rent a vehicle.

Such a great experience! Jacob helped me get into my rental and Evan took the initiative to help me sort out a commination error between the body shop and insurance.

J Corpus took excellent care of me during my checkout/car return and Danielle drove me to pick up my car immediately after check out. RED CARPET SERVICE all around. Kudos to this team!!

We rented a car on Wednesday. Battery died Friday morning while up in the mountains (Yikes). Just took 1 call to Enterprise in Tempe, Az and they had a tow truck come to us within 30 minutes, an Uber ride showed up 15 minutes later to take us to another Enterprise location in mountains to acquire another rental car that was waiting for us. The Uber ride was Very life threatening and I was unable to drive back down the mountain that afternoon to return the car on our scheduled date. I called Jacob Castro's Tempe office to tell them I was so shooken up and stressed out & couldn't make the drive back down the mountain. They told me "Please DON'T drive the vehicle in your fragile and upset state. Take another day and bring back car on a fresh day; we won't be charging your for this extra day". We returned the car to the Tempe office the following day. So, other than our Uber ride from Hell, Enterprise made everything run smoothly thanks to Jacob Castro's office extremely kind handling of this whole event. Jacob Castro contacted me via phone to let me know Enterprise would not be charging us for this whole trip; they pride themselves on excellent service and do to this whole situation, he felt it was right to not charge us for our car rentals. Due to the way this Whole situation was handled, I will Definately be rented from Enterprise in the future. Jacob made, what could have been a stressful situation, into a stressFree experience. Evan and Jacob were AMAZING to work with. We were in a bit of a transportation pickle the other day, and they answered every question I had with patience and kindness. Great customer service!

Excellent customer service, knowing that we are hiring the vehicle to travel Flagsraff & Sedona by HW87 / 260, HW89A, from Tempe they offered us Toyota Highlander. Vehicle is well mentained.
I highly recommend this center.

The car was amazing! The service was phenomenal! They made sure I knew how to operate the roof of the convertible I rented. They asked if I had any other questions about the vehicle to ensure I knew everything I needed to know. We had absolutely no issues with the vehicle or with Enterprise. The car made our trip so much more memorable and fun. Thank you soo much to Enterprise for providing specialized vehicle requests that added a unique experience that enhanced our vacation exponentially!

I went to my neighborhood Enterprise when I needed a vehicle quickly. They were great. Got me on the road in a clean vehicle within minutes. When I returned the car they had someone immediately available to drive me home. Fast and competent customer service.

The car was ready when I arrived, in excellent condition and cleanliness. I appreciated the option of a one-way rental. (Some car rental companies could not offer this service.
Check-in was seamless with very courteous agents. I have rented through Enterprise before and would not hesitate to do so again.

Top notch service! I have had problems at other Enterprise locations with vehicle availability and managers lying to me but this location, even though I did have a problem with a car, they were AMAZING! They fully took care of me, showed me they cared about me and my family, and were so genuine! We will definitely be back with this location as our first choice!

Courtney, the branch manager at this location, is amazing! :-) My family and I needed a special vehicle (12 passenger Ford Transit) for a family reunion trip, and Courtney was able to get one transferred from another location, cleaned and waiting for us before our trip! It was such a great experience!

Additionally, when we returned it, we actually had a rock hit the windshield and when we returned it, Courtney was extremely friendly and helpful in getting the glass claim processed. Honestly, this was the best interaction I've had with a company in quite a while! Courtney is who you want as your brand ambassador!

My husband and I arrived at this Tempe location at 3:00 p.m. to pick up the car we had reserved. Unfortunately, I failed to realize the official pick-up time was listed as noon! It was my error and the car had been released to someone else. We were told that the only vehicles available were trucks or large SUVs. The added expense of renting such a large vehicle was threatening to ruin our vacation. The manager, Austin, was very sympathetic and figured out a way to get us a car at the same price we had locked in for the original car. The whole team was very nice and our vacation was saved. Actually, we consider our experience at this branch as one of the highlights of our visit to Tempe. We didn’t realize such great customer service still existed!

I always rent from this location because their employees provide the best customer service. They also have a great selection of vehicles and the best prices too.

Paige was super helpful! Isaak was new and he crushed it, great customer service! When I returned the car John checked it in and was able to provide me with the weekly rate - my repairs to a little longer than I expected.

Everyone at both the Chandler location- shout out to Jessica- and this location have been great! Extreme customer service- they listen and care.
