Jen and Jill not only are the most respectfully kind people but they also care enough to answer whatever’s questions I have no matter how dumb they are. They represent what customer service should be !

MY GIRL JEN !!!!! (pink hair) she hooked us up bro!!! she handled everything so smoothly and kindly!!! and answered every question we had and talked us through it all!! GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE !!!!!

Jill went above and beyond to help me and was very friendly and is overall an awesome person, I enjoyed my experience at this store

Came here to switch phone carriers and get new phones. They were very helpful and accommodating in every way and explained all the fees and credits and discounts we were eligible for. They also assisted in transferring all of our data/ contacts/etc from our old phones to our new ones. We live in rural AZ where cell service is not always the most reliable... we've had Verizon, T Mobile, and Cell One..... and AT&T is BY FAR THE MOST RELIABLE service we've had. It's fast, mobile data works great and we have experienced excellent cell coverage. I need to shout out Andrea and Delphine from the store who were excellent and awesome in helping us!!!! Highly recommend AT&T and this location!!!

Recently decided to upgrade my iPhone. Luckily I called ahead of time to make sure they would have my desired model before - they did not, but Michael was so helpful in getting my new phone delivered right away. She was so personable and made me laugh. Great experience. When my phone came in, I brought it to this location for some help getting it set up with the data and number from my old phone. Jared was a super help and guided my though the process seamlessly. I couldn't have had a more positive experience, thanks to the great employees.

This store was very helpful, the staff were patient with me. I had issues with my phone and they found a solution for me. I’m very happy with my new phone, and will continue to come to this location. Great people here. I didn’t even have to wait long before someone helped me. Not a lot of store, our helpful, they pretty much rush the transaction and make you leave . Not here’s. I got all my questions answers before I left the store.

I totally left a bad review thinking I got screwed over so I went into the store and he explained to me exactly how it was broken down to where my pod pros were actually free. He showed me where the breakdown was and how it works. Really sorry about the bad review. That’s what happens when you jump to conclusions without knowing or asking how it actually works. Thanks again!

Great customer service at this location, never too busy and plenty of good staff to help you out. Definitely come to this store if you're looking for an easy quick experience!

I will not go to any other AT&T except this location! It’s such a hidden gem with great people and customer service. I walked in and Tyler, Brian, and Ernesto were all so sweet and fun to talk to. At one point it was just like I was talking to a friend! I got what I went in there for and there was no pressure in them “ selling “ anything to me. Just three really good dudes. Will definitely be back :)

Justin did an amazing job upgrading our phones today. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect including the accessories to go with it. He was very patient explaining everything. If you want to walk out of here knowing you got a great deal go to Justin. I walked out of here the most satisfied I have ever been after purchasing new phones. I will be a lifelong customer at this location because of him. Great job Justin!!! Thank you!!

If I can give a superstar award on here I would. Nick was our sales representative he is the superman of AT&T’s baseline location. Great multitasker getting everybody in and out until his back up arrived. I didn’t spend no more than 30 minutes in the store. As a first time person coming to AT&T for phone service I am impressed. Great environment great service very friendly everything positive you name it. What really impressed me was another one of his coworkers who is Showed up answered a phone call Let me tell you the teamwork they both displayed on getting the information over the phone to that person while helping out with my two lines,👏Bravo! Great teamwork it’s rare that you receive that elsewhere with the two gentlemen displayed great teamwork makes you feel good to be a part of AT&T. Of course I’ll be returning in the near future for some accessories and upgrades until then keep up the good work and see you next time. #SuperNick

Excellent customer service from the store manager, Ernesto. He helped me get a upgrade and also re-rate my old plan that was costing me much more, to a new unlimited plan. Smooth and quick, will be returning if I need anything.

Great Service!!! Extremely friendly and funny employees. Definitely made the hassle and process of buying a phone extremely easy and enjoyable. I’d recommend anyone within 20 miles to go to this specific store for any service and ask for Daniel for specific. He was able to get me a brand new iPhone when I didn’t even think was possible with my credit. Absolutely perfect customer service.

Receiving good service when you're making a large purchase may be expected, but what about when you need something small? The manager of the Baseline/McClintock store, Nick, was very friendly, found a way to connect right away (my alma mater), and helped me quickly and efficiently. He even handed me his business card and said to call if I have any future issues. It was really nice to have such a great customer service experience.

After years as an AT&T customer I have always dreaded the ‘getting new phone’ trip. It’s a trip that has always caused anxiety due to the wait and overall slow process.
I feel fortunate to have found a salesperson, Justin, who was able to make our experience much less stressful. It was by far the most enjoyable and efficient trip to AT&T I’ve ever had. He executed a non aggressive sales experience that I recognize and highly regard. Thank you!

Nick was very helpful this morning. He explained my existing phone plan and did not try to "up-sell" me to a more expensive product/plan.This has been my 'go to' store for many years. They are always competent, helpful, and low pressure. They treat you right and they know their stuff. Thanks!

My husband and I went in to upgrade our phones and add a line for our son. Caleb helped us and he was awesome! Not only did we get the phones we wanted, but he was also able to reduce my bill and helped get everything transferred to our new phones. Caleb and the rest of the staff were hilarious, knowledgeable, and friendly we actually had fun while we were there. I'm thinking about going back and checking out the screen protectors he was telling me about.

Our family just upgraded our 3 iPhones and had a great experience with the store manager, Nick. Not only was he very friendly, he was also very helpful in answering any questions we had and made sure we knew all of our options/pricing with the upgrades.
