The service is great here. I didn't know how to open my BMW key fob, and all I was doing was buying a battery, and they opened the key fob for me. They have great customer service. They Test it out after they put in the key fob battery for me.

This location has a very kind and attentive staff! Elijah (I think he’s the manager but I’m not sure) was sooo helpful! He went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed for my project. When he didn’t have an item I needed, he called another location and asked them to hold it for me. I will definitely visit ACE again :)

This is a great location. I always come here for miscellaneous hardware. They have a fantastic selection as well as gages to determine size and thread pattern. This has saved me from replacing several items that were missing an odd bolt or nut. Good selection, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, they helped me remove a bolt I snapped, free of charge. Will be coming back

Shop here if you like ‘Old School Shopping and Prices’ and dislike The Big Box Store that’s trying to put the small guys out of business. We’ve been shopping and supporting this store for almost 40 years.

Found this place after years of living close by and ignoring it as I drove to Lowes. Big mistake on my end. This place has most of the same main products for home repair, auto repair, pool and garden supplies etc. And it's all cheaper than the big chains. Better service. Better prices. Better location. Just better.

There is a good variety of reasonably standard things, but not for hard-to-find hardware items.
Helpful staff and is pretty knowledgeable.

Absolutely love this place. It's difficult to describe how frustrating it can be to be female and go to a hardware store. I was at Home Depot earlier to get plywood and was talked down to and called "sweetheart" several times. At Ace, and particularly this Ace, I've always felt respected and genuinely welcomed. I can't thank the staff enough for their knowledge and the environment they create. I particularly want to give a shout out to Elijah for all his help. I hope Ace takes care of him as much as he takes care of the folks who shop at Ace.

My grandma absolutely loves this place because it is small yet has everything she needs. It's much better than the large Walmart or home depot or Lowe's. It's our favorite hardware store.

My favorite hardware store to shop at. The staff her are the so helpful. They take the time to walk you through every possible step to help figure out every problem and come up with ideas how to resolve them with you. They all talk to their customers instead of talking down to them.

In this case, Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man...and cupcakes! Happy 95th Birthday Ace!

Just a shout out to Mark who helped 3 different customers, including me. A friendly guy who no one had to track down. He's in the aisles looking for people to help.

Everyone here is so helpful and friendly. I have rarely been to a place that was so helpful. I was constantly asked if Ive been helped, unlike other places I went to where I got completely ignored...They even helped us change our key fob battery for free. Im so thankful for these guys. 💙 I cant believe I didnt go to them any sooner. I sure will now. They truly deserve more customers and success.

Very helpful staff, easy to shop layout, and a decent selection of those hard to find household items. Chris helped me with a unique key copy from a suggestion I had and it worked perfectly! I just moved to the area and found my Ace Hardware 😎

Friendly staff and quick service. Way better than home depot if you are looking for advice or knowledge on a particular item you need. Just wish the had as big of a selection as the large stores while keeping the quality of service.
