I frequently go to this store. They are so very much better than their competitors! I bought cherry cabinets and they were installed by Tony Fullerton who has 40 years of experience. An impeccable installation! We are in love with our cabinets! They are BETTER than expected! Wouldn’t go elsewhere! Love, love, love this store! We are very grateful and thrilled. You know how when you go to Home Depot and you’re looking around for miles the aisle and you cannot find a single person to help you find the thing that you’re looking for? Hong Kong is the exact opposite! As soon as you walk in the door, you’re greeted by a friendly person with cookies!! Yes, cookies, and popcorn! They ask you what you need, if you need to help find it and then the radio for a person to meet you in the exact spot where they’re sending you to find the thing that you need. Then the person actually needs you there, quickly, and helps you find the thing that you need! It’s amazing!

Love this store! I do not go to the big orange store anymore (the one that rhymes with gnome repo). Home Co has fresh warm popcorn as you walk in. Today they also had fresh baked cookies. Everytime I shop here, multiple employees ask if I need help. Today, Mark, the manager of lumber, made my plywood purchases easy and fast.

HomeCo was a major supplier for our new home build in Pine Canyon. We found them to be responsive, organized and customer focused. Especially helpful were Frankie Stubbs and Jude Ajaski in the design center. Frankie did a terrific job designing a granite entryway counter and Jude is the master of cabinets. Thank you Jude and Frankie and the entire team at HomCo for your great service. You made our build a lot less stressful!

Been coming here nearly 10 years, before I go to the box store. Staff knows more about 2 departments than one staffer knows about 1@ the other place!! Best hardware store in town, smarter workers, WAAAAY friendly than the other guys, plus they offer coffee, cookies, and best of all- POPCORN!!! They do consulting for your home as well!!!

This morning I parked in the Homco parking lot and went in to buy the fasteners required to secure the external mirror to the motorhome. It was one of those small tasks that called for four hands. I called into the store to ask if there was a staff member who would be willing to lend the two hands. Within two minutes Michelle showed up with a smile and a helpful spirit. When it became clear I needed a couple more fasteners than I had bought she returned to the store, brought out the required fasteners, and helped finish the repair.

Thank you Homeco and Michelle; there really wasn't room in my Pay-it-Forward bucket for more debt, but please know I'm grateful and will certainly look for opportunities to re-pay that debt.

Always a positive experience. 5 star customer service and friendly employees. Most times will even deliver your purchase. Cookies and coffee always a plus. Avoid the big box stores.

The first thing anyone should pay attention in this store are the employees. Overall they are one of the most helpful and knowledgeable group of folks to be found. The store carries pretty much everything you could need from a home supply/hardware store. I was there to replace a broken snowblower and the experience was so much better than I experienced just trying to get a price at nationwide store by the mall. These guys will now be my go to for any home and hardware needs I have.

I love coming to this store. They are very helpful in all areas. I went in for some very specific hardware items and other things, when I got there Jaime was very knowledgeable of that department and found me what I needed. Not only that! She helped me find my whole list of items that were located around the store and even cut my keys for me and had answers for all my questions. If the manager ever sees this, she needs a raise and promotion. She is great!

They're awesome! The sales staff is knowledgeable, always helpful, and pleasant. More importantly, they don't duck and hide if they see you wandering around with a bewildered look on your face. Instead, they approach you and ask if you need help. (What a concept!) Plus, the store is bright and clean, sporting a terrific hometown flavor. And their free homemade cookies and popcorn are wonderful : )

I like Homco because, aside from the usual hardware store stuff, they have products that are needed locally. They have a decent little RV section as well. Employees are always helpful.

Outstanding customer service. If I could give them more stars I would. Antonio took time to give me great Information on generator use in high altitudes. He also printed out a chart to show me how many kw a generator will lose at altitude. He also printed me another form which shows amount of kw usage per items plugged into the trailer. I will come back to see these guys in a heart beat.

Great lumber and hardware store with a very good assortment of Carhart clothing. The great thing is you don't have to search and search for stuff, you're greeted at the door to start and everyone that works there when you are on the floor is more than happy to help.

Needed a couple of 8mx40mm cap screws to complete assembly of kids piano which was Xmas gift. Found what I needed in the hardware drawers, which has a very good collection of screws, bolts, washers, etc.

Just went here today. They have all kinds of stuff, not just lumber. Had a huge selection or Stihl and Carhartt, two of my favorite things. Logan is the Stihl guy here and is great. See him if you’re needing help. The carhartt selection was great as well. I’m a big fat dude So it’s hard to find big sizes at most places like Tractor Supply. I found XL socks, size 44 shorts, and a 3xl TALL shirt!! Wasn’t planning on buying anything, but spend $85 anyway. They even gave me a veterans discount!! This place is great!!

This was the best experience I've had a hardware store, maybe any store in general. Associates were easy to find for help and took ample amounts of time with me to figure out exactly what I needed. I had someone cutting lumber for me, one finding the right lag screws, and one who was out of his department, but was able to direct his coworkers who were most knowledgeable over to me. I will definitely be coming back. I'm glad I never have to step foot in Home Depot again.

Every time I go here people are always helpful. Today was no exception. Got help without even asking. Also made sure I was satisfied with my choice. Cashier made sure her trainee gave me my military discount.
