I find the people are very friendly. Easy access to fresh water. Park is clean. Well organized. It's an older park with old home town friendly feeling. The store is very cool, the walk down the plank boards make it feel like and old Western movie. Check them out, tell them the Brat Pack sent you.

This is a unique little cache. The staff is polite and professional. The location is close to everything. They have wooded trails connected to the property. The daily and weekly spots are up front/center and immaculate.
The long term spots are on the perimeter and are a lil "Trailer Park ish" in that they don't
enforce clutter control or dog poop pick up. When I tell people that I'm staying here long-term they're surprised because it looks junky from 4th Street. Once you get into the property it's quite nice.

Great restaurant, we sat next to the fire place and listened to the singing. It was more than food for me.

We pulled in without reservations and they were very accommodating! We got a pull through rv site with plenty of room for our tow. The steak house on property was great! The food was delicious and the entertainment was so fun! Loved staying the night here!

Didn't get the opportunity to stay, but I hope we do! Host (owner?) was incredibly friendly. They let you fill up water for a small charge, and it was pretty good water! Really friendly and vocal black lab was there to greet. RV park and restaurant?! That's a winner!

This is a steak house where the staff are musicians. Bursting out in show tunes and musical scores to sing along is difficult to suppress. Food was very good. Service was excellent and the Piano player is very talented. Great experience.

We didn't stay here but we did have to use their RV dump services. They were really friendly and it was easy and quick to use pull through spot. If you're traveling the I-40, it's a convenient stop.

We were snowed in here for quite a while in December and January. Our spot was pretty level and We really enjoyed our stay. the staff were friendly and accommodating. We went to the steakhouse for New Year’s Eve and were very impressed by the talent and the food. We actually ordered takeout from there several more times during our stay

Top three meal I've had. The steak was cuttable with a fork! Cooked over wood! Tons of food included with the purchase of the steak. The entertainment was musical and Broadway songs. Tons of fun!

Office staff was great! It would have been nice to have the site numbers at the beginning of the rows instead of row names. Sites could have been a little bigger tho. Nice central hub campground within reasonable distance to Sedona, Winslow, Badlands.

Food was excellent. Great steaks, mashed potatoes prepared with heavy cream, and the green chili with prime rib chunks was the best green chili I've ever had. The entertainment was a musical revue performed by the wait staff. OUTSTANDING! Right across from Little America. Absolutely loved our dinner experience.

We drove our camper van in here from California. Everything, from the reservation to our stay, was absolutely wonderful. The woman (Wish I could remember her name!) who helped us when we got there was very friendly and welcoming, providing us with great information about the area. The facilities are top of the line: very clean, hot, and convenient showers; the laundry facilities were wonderful as well! We didn’t eat at the steak house on site, but only because we were spending one night in Flagstaff and wanted to see downtown. Everyone highly recommended it though! Wish we were staying more than one night!

I have not stayed at Black Barts yet, but I have stopped in to fill up on water. The staff is friendly, the grounds are neat and tidy, and water fill up was a breeze.

Solid accommodations and excellent customer service. We were even given a late check out option of 2p! Spots are close together and it is indeed very close to I-40 (none of which bother me personally), but worth noting for those wanting a different type of experience. Would recommend!

The worker were pleasant efficient. We were booked into a backing site. They directed to use the site as a drive thru site. We could drop our tow vehicle and park in front of our coach. The person using the other half of the site have back in. This park was very busy. They also gave you a coupon for the restaurant for 10 present off the bill.

Great park and very convenient.
We stayed the night here before going to the North Pole Experience across the street at the Little America. There is a cross walk at the freeway intersection if you don't want to J-Walk)
The Sinclair gas station next to Little America makes cooked to order breakfast burritos and other food.
There is a very well stocked convenience store on the same side of the street as Black Barts past (or thru) the truck stop parking lot.
No online reservations but the operators are very accommodating.
We came in late and they had our reservation with space number on a map on the door and trusted us to come in the next morning or drop a check in the mail slot.

The restaurant, not the RV park. A western style steakhouse with a twist -- singing servers. The meats are premium and prepared over an oak fire. I had the prime rib and my wife the half_rack of ribs and they were delicious. There's a good selection from the bar including local micro brews. We were there on New Year's eve and service was appropriating relaxed -- all the better to enjoy the non stop music program. Service is usually pretty good.

Disclaimer: our daughter worked here about a decade ago, and we have spent many good times here.
