Fry's

It was a nice store. Just a little busy to be understaffed at the registers, I get it. Time and payout equals cost. Still needs to be one more open register. Other than that, I like the store. Clean, and WOW are they quick to ask if you need help. That's nice.

I searched both Flagstaff Safewaystoday and they did not have my addiction: Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey- but this Frys did! 🙈 🙊 🙉

although it took numerous visits and over a month time…success. I had initially brought to the attention of front end manager an inventory issue of an item that was supposed to be in stock…as a former retailer I showed the manager exactly what the issue was and expected her to correct it…she did nothing to correct it. After fours week I had requested a call from the store manager…never received his call. I finally met John, an assistant store manager who stepped up and followed through to correct the inventory issue. Thank you John for the outstanding service sir.

I like this Frys. Other than the parking lot always being a disaster because of the business of the store and the corner location of the lot, it's an easy place to get in and out of for quick shopping.

Best deals in town, with a great selection! They are usually a little short staffed but who isn't these days. I typically use self check out and get on my way. If you're in the area this is the spot to go!

Great place to shop.not alot of meats tho it seems that more n more grocery stores are not supplying alot of meats these day's.

These stores are awesome. Wish they had them in Texas. And craft beer selection was really good. Settled for IPA's from Oregon and Colorado and over 7% . So well worth the price. Friendly service at check out. Self service, eh so so.

Any Frys is a treat. We travel and whatever state were in where there is a Frys is a real bonus. i can get products no other chains carry and their baked goods are the best! I use Kroger pharmacies all over and some are better than others, but this one is great. Small but efficient, they got my scripts filled quickly with no fuss, and I didnt wait in line both times I went. This store is an asset to Flagstaff.

This grocery store has a Glacier water refill machine 30 cents for gallon and 1.50 for 5 gallon bring your own container of course it's located just inside store where small carts are kept to your right - I also like this store because of their Kroger items 🙂

I always go to Fry's because of their high quality products and reasonable prices. The main reason I'm leaving this review is because I had an employee help me find the correct vitamins for my situation. Needless to say I was very impressed with her knowledge on the topic and she was super friendly. I wish I caught her name so she could receive the praise she deserves.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. On the day we visited, it was VERY busy with Thanksgiving shoppers and yet the store was pretty well stocked and they had plenty of fresh produce. We had the store prepare a total of 9 thanksgiving dinners for our thanksgiving feast. The dinners were thoughtfully constructed and well prepared. Pretty good dinners for commercially prepared. Job well done Fry's, I shall see you again!

This place is such a great grocery store. Customer service is great and I love the many options they have with there low prices. Definitely would recommend this place to shop

Before I forget, cashier Cory and bagger Diana on 1.14.23 were amazing! It seemed busy but the two of them were EXTREMELY friendly, funny, and helpful when I was checking out!

Wonderful, helpful staff, multiple checkout options, clean, well-stocked. It's often busy, but products are always kept in stock and lines move quickly. Parking is ample, but very dark at night. If you go early in the morning or late at night and don't see a human checker, ask for one and you can avoid the self-checkout. As far as products, their organics selection is great and their store brand organics are top notch and priced right! The fuel at their fuel station has never given my vehicle anything but love and is very inexpensive when my rewards points are applied.

The meat counter had a beautiful, fresh selection of meats and seafood. The store was perfectly stocked. I was so impressed and proud of Fry's for how the store was not only stocked but how beautiful their fresh fruits, vegetables and meat counter looked. The selection of those areas were tremendous! This grocery store made me choose it as my first choice all over again!

I am so impressed with this store. I was in today, lost my wallet (no clue how that happened) and they jumped on it so quick. Monitored the cameras and waited by the door which I suspect meant that someone in the store still had it. I am so thankful of their quick work and help.

Sad to see so many negative reviews for this store. I have enormous respect for people working here. I don't work for Kroger, but you need to be aware they've phased out cashiers, and the company has become reliant on self-checkout "solutions". This is not the fault of the employees (many who became expendable, as a result). Mask policy is *awful* throughout Arizona, thanks to you know who. Businesses fear confrontations/ retribution. Take a drive to any city in Mohave County, enter any grocery - you'll be wearing TWO masks and running for your life!

Fry's pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever been to!! I've been going there for about 6 yrs. now and have never had any problems. They always have my prescriptions ready when I need them and do everything they can to make my life easier! Great pharmacy team!!!!

The manager was very nice to me when I was drinking a Miller Lite in the store. I am from out of town and I did not know the law in AZ. He didn't even call the cops on me. Very nice people there and the store was very clean and organized.
