Madison Ross was awesome. Very knowledgeable and patient with all of us. She handled our party of 16 people like a pro and she was very patient with all of our requests, including the little kids. Getting them color papers and crayons. None of our cups ran dry so great job Madison. Thank you! The food was super delicious as well. Yummy!

Wow! I am so impressed with the customer service at this place. I am on a road trip passing through the snow and spun out and hit a curb. Our car is unable to move and my two friends and I decided to eat at outback while we wait for our tow truck which is 4+ hours away. They treated us with such kindness and even comped our meals. The world needs more nice people like this! Please support this Outback <3. We are extremely grateful

Our server Becca was phenomenal! Great communication and attentive without being overwhelming. I asked to change my potato side mid way through dining and she was so accommodating!

Great steaks and Mac and cheese nuggets. Also great service. Typical American style restaurant and food. Really enjoyed it.

When we arrived we were quickly seated by our server who immediately took our drink order. She was friendly and quick. Once we ordered the food was out in a very reasonable time and was absolutely delicious. Our server made sure our drinks were full and that we were having a great time. It was an amazing experience.

I really have to say I had the best service and dinner tonight. Our server was Aliyah and she as so attentive kept our drinks filled and our steaks were perfectly cooked. Definitely anytime I’m in flagstaff I will be stopping in!!

Coming from out of town, the Outback Steakhouse on Lucky Lane was superb! The service was good (considering other patrons that had arrived), was excellent. The homemade pickles on the burgers are excellent, the Aussie fries are delicious, and the atmosphere is very inviting! My family and I will definitely return there on our next visit! Outstanding service, exceptional owner/manger presence and engagement.
Great job on the meats, sides as well… the soups are well beyond expectations.
Try the spicy clam chowder!!! A great lunch all on its own!! The new chili is fantastic!!!
Also the bloom shrimp…. Just like the onion… but shrimp!!!

Great Service, the food was perfectly prepared.
Kierstyn was the perfect server, even though she had many other tables she still came by my table multiple times to see how everything was.
Thank You Outback Steakhouse for the outstanding experience. Second time I came Julian was my server and Service is just top notch no matter who is your server .My starters were perfect. Beer is ice cold. Julian has came by to check on me 3 times. Food was prepared perfectly, steak was perfect and my lobster was perfectly cooked also. Thank You Outback!!!!!

Had a wonderful dinner with my brother visiting from Mexico. I appreciate our waitress Aliyah especially for making us feel #very welcomed. She was very #loving thank you so so so much!!!!!

The service was outstanding. We were greeted right away and seated immediately. Within 2 minutes our waitress brought bread and took our drink order. We had all our food within 20 minutes. Everything was great. Would definitely go back

The Outback service by Becka and Kylie here in Flagstaff was excellent. The food tonight was great. I had the rib eye and it was cooked to perfection. We always choose Outback over the other steakhouse in town.

This is our company's third year using this Outback Steakhouse and every year has been great!! The service was really good, the food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was perfect for our group size! They really provided great service while still keeping safety in mind for everyone!! Now this place is not just for a company dinner party, but for any occasion! If you want to have a great meal, with many great deals then this is perfect! Whether it's for a special evening out, or with your whole family they will take great care of you here!! We stopped after a long drive home, the new loaded blooming onion was very good. Our waitress, Kylie was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is great!

Kylie made our meal very pleasant! She was upbeat and attentive. Food and drinks were great as usual. Always happy to come here.

I had a wonderful experience, although when ourp party was initially brought to the table, the server placed our menus very forcefully, and rather than placing them in front of each of us, the waiter left the menus in the center of the table, walking away in a fit. Other than that, it was great

Ate here in July 2021 after climbing Humphreys Peak to celebrate my 7-for-7 state high-pointing trip to the Southwest. Ordered a filet extra rare with cheese fries and steakhouse mac and cheese. Was delicious. Topped it off with a Chocolate Thunder from Down Under. My waitress was amazing and was very impressed with my accomplishments (I wish I could remember her name; she was a local college student). Highly recommended if passing through Flagstaff.

I had a great sirloin and Alice chicken combo. Everything prepared perfectly. Jessica was a pleasant and attentive server. Comfortable seating and atmosphere in the bar area. Very reliable restaurant quality every visit.
