Big Lots

A great new location with a modern 21st century look. Feels like I am in a modern Target. Overall, nice buzz inside with some freebies for loyalty members on grand opening.

Great employees here and a manager, as well. They treated me like family.

With it being just new after a few months still good place. Nice bigger space. Great customer service in there. Always like shopping in Big lots.

I always enjoy shopping at Big Lots, and this particular location has very friendly staff, is always clean and well-stocked, and features the same great prices you'll find at any Big Lots. They have interesting international foods, great home decor, wonderful holiday decor, and inexpensive prices on all my home needs. I can always find a good pot or pan or storage bin or dog treats or...well, you get the idea. It's one of my favorite places to shop. Note: this location has limited furniture -- no couches, recliners dining tables, beds, etc.

Super friendly people, the store is very easy to find it is very well organized. They always have stuff on the floor asking if they can help you find what you're looking for also pointing out things that are on sale that you might be interested in the only downfall was the long lines but it is 3 days before Christmas so it's to be expected. I'll be visiting the store again because they have a great selection and fantastic prices

I enjoy our big lots store here in Flagstaff. I didn't find what I was looking for because they said they don't carry office supplies this time of the year. I was looking for post it notes and tiny ink pens for a project I'm working on. Very friendly customer service representatives!

I have always liked Big Lots. They have such a wide variety of inventory! Everything from furniture to personal care, clothes, household items, decorative items, bedding, storage stuff and so much more!! Plus the prices are really great in comparison to retail. We bought bunk beds for our boys where the bottom bed coveted into a futon couch but had the durability of a regular bed. We bought that in 2011 and 7 years later it still holds up like new! So we are reusing it for our younger son and his friends. But that's just one item. We've bought so much from Big Lots and I've never been disappointed. This is a great store and you can find ANYTHING your looking for, big and small!

The customer service was amazing! Prices where pretty okay. The cashier Tinika went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Will come back to this just because of the customer service.

The staff are always great. But few of the customers were rude. Overall though it is a great place to shop. Love more than Walmart and great prices.

I love big lots, they have the gourmet nuts, n cool out of the ordinary stuff

great place to find value items from Ibuprofen to Shampoo. Carries an awesome variety of Chips, Candy, Snacks and other food items that you will not find anywhere else in addition to regular kitchen necessities such as spices, condiments, canned food, tortillas, etc. Value priced housewares, kitchenware, and more.

They got stuff. It's a hit or miss if you find what you are looking for. The prices can also be a hit or miss.

They have so many items that you can make it worth your while to stop here. And they also provide you with name brand products that you would be buying somewhere else at a much higher price.

This is one of the stores I wish we had closer by. I would definitely frequent it more. Great deals on lots of stuff.

Stop in time to time when in area. Purchase holiday or kitchen items mostly. Friendly staff and store was clean
