From the minute we saw the listing for the exact fifth wheel we’d been hoping for, the team at RV Country Flagstaff was incredibly helpful, positive, informed, and professional. Kevin ensured that the motorcycle I purchased from them was in the best shape possible and replaced the battery upon delivery. While traveling across the country we had a water leak in our RV.  RV Country in Flagstaff, AZ was gracious enough to fit us into their schedule because they knew we had no water. Twenty days later we informed them that we were still having a problem.  Because we were were still traveling they had the RV country in Mesa, AZ fix the problem with no charge to us and they also called to make sure we were being helped. They did a great job with customer service.

RV country and our service advisor will were fantastic. We were traveling through on a cross country trip and needed an emergency repair. They were all extremely helpful and had our repair completed in about an hour. We are very grateful for finding them.

Appointments are kept on a timely basis, full service is offered for both Truck and RV house, the service staff is personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in general. Today, I stopped by RV country to buy a carbon monoxide & propane detector. Although they didn't have the RV part, I needed, William Stoneburner, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me.
I was parked on the street with my RV and tow vehicle and needed to make a u-turn to get back on to Hwy 40. He was so kind and didn't hesitate for a second to move an RV in the lot so I could be on my way.

We brought our trailer in for a water leak, as first time owners we didn't winterize...whoops. Jason got us scheduled, kept us updated and we got our trailer back same day as our appointment. They are super efficient here and a fun group to chat with. They even helped us adjust our weight distro hitch. These guys and gals in service, all of them, are a good bunch. We dealt with sales a little too, we thought about trading our trailer in, as awesome as Nicholas and Brian were the numbers just weren't there for us to say yes. We will definitely be making RV Country our spot for service and a new rig when we are ready.

Absolutely amazing service from the service department. I returned from military training to find my hydraulic leveling system leaking. Their professionalism and promptness to get the problem resolved and me back on the road without hesitation was greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work guys!

If I could give more stars I would. RV country Flagstaff was amazing to work with. Me and my daughter walked in and were greeted with open arms and it felt like we were working with family to find our dream rv. We were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. We are so happy with the quick service that RV Country did today to get us back on the road in our RV. They were able to get us in without an appointment and fixed our generator so we wouldn't be cold at night for our travels in the high elevations.
We are SO Pleased and workers were very professional and friendly. Even had a chance to fill up with propane onsite too! Well worth the cost and would come back if we had issues in the future. Job well done and 5 Stars!!!

Jason and his technicians did a great job of diagnosing the problems, providing Grand Design and Lippert with the necessary info to approve the warranty claim, fixing the problems once the repairs were approved, keeping us informed of status, and explaining all work performed with recommendations. Jason even came in on the weekend when they were closed to work on our RV. Thanks Jason!

Excellent customer service. We had blown a tire on our 5th wheel on our way into Flagstaff. We had other damage to our hydraulic jack system and needed for it to be looked at. We were afraid our trip was over even know it had just started. We are at the the Service gate when they opened. Jason greeted us at the gate and we talked to him about our situation. He was very helpful and said they would try and see what they could do….they had customers who had appointments.
We were on our way in about an hour after we arrived. Jason and Will came out and looked at our 5th and diagnosed and fixed our hydraulic line to our jack.
Everyone at RV Country was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Service department is second to none, had a major freeze problem (self inflicted) in our brand new 2022 Grand Design Transcend, no other
RV service shop could take me including the
one I purchased our trailer from.
Will the service writer was awesome, got me in right away and from what I saw they where very busy. He explained everything to me including
how to winterize in the future, something the seller
should have done. I was concerned that I would have to cancel an upcoming birthday trip, he convinced me not to cancel the trip and had my trailer repaired with a new kitchen faucet and winterized it all by the end of the day.
They have gained a loyal customer and will have all my future work.

Damsels in distress, our 30 amp electric plug needed an emergency replacement and these guys were willing to help out. What a relief to be able to get it replaced and we were on our way within an hour. Very helpful customer service. We highly recommend RV Country Flagstaff.. I'm sure not all repairs can be handled so quick. We were very grateful.
