Great place to stay at! Matthew front desk made checking in easy and fast!
Matthew also able to answer any questions I had. Excellent gentleman when it comes to customer service!

Side note:
They don't allow pets, which we had no problem with. Check out rover and you should deal with Erica. Overall great stay!

I give this hotel an absolute 5 stars! The room was perfect. It had absolutely everything we needed. The king bed was cozy and comfy. Everything was very clean. That is huge for me, as I am a clean freak. When we asked for additional pillows, we waited no more than 5 minutes. The breakfast set up downstairs was wonderful, food really good. We met Jessica at check-in front desk. She was absolutely wonderful and kind. I even told my husband after we left her, "Now, that's how one treats a guest!
We will definitely come back to this hotel again, if we come back to Flagstaff.

This place is amazing. The room was great. I was able to keep it at my perfect temperature and sleep great every night. So many pillows! All the pillows to choose from. Breakfast was fabulous every day.

The best part was Deborah! The self appointed Lobby Ambassador! She’s marvelous. Goes around during breakfast to check on guests. She asked us what our plans were for the day. I told her we were going to the Grand Canyon and she whipped a map out of her little blue bag and started highlighting and explaining where to go to avoid crowds and see the best views. The woman is a wealth of information. She even has a red nose to wear for kids! Cutest thing ever.

Comfortable beds and pillows were a big plus for me. New furniture and rooms were well maintained. Rooms were quiet. Nice breakfast that included eggs and bacon.

Everything was wonderful and fairly clean. Was weird I couldn't get the thermostat to turn on the heat, but I didn't actually need it cause it didn't get under 68 degrees, so that's nice. With a pretty large sized tv.

Room was clean. Had a fridge and microwave which is great. Had some car problems and one of the employees lent a hand to give me a jump. Don’t remember his name but He’s a bald guy with a beard, really good dude. And it wasn’t far from anything Walmart was like 2 minutes away max. Will definitely be returning.

Meteorite hunting in AZ..

As you'd expect from Holiday INN.. nice and clean rooms, service is always great, breakfast on point. Snow in AZ was a surprise but no sliding or falling they had the sidewalks salted.

This hotel was great from the time we arrived here for vacation. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is visiting the Flagstaff area. It has easy parking, centrally located to the Grand Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and the Sedona area. It also has a nice breakfast, and friendly staff. If your ever in the area, this would be a nice hotel!!!

The manager is a true hospitality professional! She greeted us at breakfast and asked us about our stay, then we chatted for a bit, which was a wonderfully pleasant way to start our day. I remember that she did this for every guest! The manager is so professional, kind, and friendly. She takes pride in what she does, and does an amazing job!

The breakfast bar was super fresh with a wide range of options! We were very happy to get a good breakfast before our long drive to Tennessee.

The hotel is very well staffed, with spotless rooms, and the bathrooms are stocked with Dove products, such a nice detail for folks with sensitive skin.

Great location right off the 40. Plenty of parking. All common areas and bathrooms are spotless.

Thank you for a great experience.

They were very accommodating to my disabled grandma! My mom had to go to the front desk a few times because we needed something we didn’t bring, and every single time we were given what we needed with a friendly smile. They have a warmed outdoor pool & hot tub. It was a relaxing & quiet atmosphere, but we were also there on a weekday.

Complimentary breakfast with many options available, including sugar-free alternatives for my mother. During breakfast, a friendly manager wanders around and checks in with you about your stay. She gave us 4 free water bottles in a gift bag to take with us that day.

Every single employee was very helpful and courteous. Thank you!

First time staying at holiday inn express and happy to say that our experience was great! The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The view from our rooms were nice, especially if you’re facing the back of the hotel towards the mountains, you might even catch the train passing by!

It was also our first time in Flagstaff, the location of the hotel was great since it was so close to the Walmart for when we needed to buy some stuff. The location is also relatively close to multiple national monuments and parks, but the city of Flagstaff is also a great place to enjoy the views and spend some time in downtown.

The hotel rooms were nice and quiet, even with the renovations they had going on on the first floor. The room included a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, wardrobe, iron, and all the soaps and lotions in the bathroom. The TV was the largest I’ve seen in a hotel and it swivels as well! I just wish the two-bed room had an extra table other than the desk.

The pool and spa were really nice to enjoy too and there was always clean towels outside to dry off. The water was extremely chlorinated so you don’t have to worry as much about germs but it will bleach your swimwear! (My red swimming trunks turned pink lol) so keep that in mind!

The breakfast was surprisingly delicious, the egg white omelets were good and they even have biscuits and gravy and cinnamon rolls. The coffee and tea is always available all day and night too, so it was really nice being able to have a cup of tea at night when we’d come back to the hotel.

The service was also really great here! Deborah helped us plan out our trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona, giving us suggestions on which way to go that wasn’t as busy and where to stop, she helped us have a great trip for sure, so shout out to her and thank you!

Also important to note that there is one EV charger in the parking lot. It’s hard to get access to though as multiple people are often using it. Wish there was two to accommodate that, since mostly teslas were using them (there’s a Tesla supercharger down the road) so it was harder for us to plug in our PHEV unfortunately. Luckily the charger was free at least.

The gym was barely used it seemed which made for a great experience without any distractions to exercise. Cold water in the gym also helped a lot!

There’s also a market next to the gym if you needed anything to buy right away, but might as well stop at the Walmart down the road.

Overall, great experience here at the Holiday Inn Express in Flagstaff, would stay here again when I visit Flagstaff in the future.

1 night stay(truckers). The young lady who checked us in was AMAZING! The room was superb! Very very clean thanks to the housekeeping ladies. No issues with the room. The breakfast was great and a very sweet lady came around during breakfast to ask how our stay was and wished us a great rest of our day( icing on the cake)!!!
Will DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

Great hotel, even with a little construction. I really liked being able to charge my car overnight on the level two charger. I’m not sure if this was a mistake or not, but I’m pretty positive they didn’t even charge me for it. The rooms are a bit small but modern. The one thing I didn’t care for was the bathroom not having a fan. It gets really steamy.

Can always rely on Holiday Inn Express to be clean and updated. Only downside on this property is they make you pay 5.00 for parking. Really!! Just paid 163 for a room, and you make me pay for parking! Disappointed Holiday Inn.

The room was clean, the gentleman at front desk was nice, we all enjoyed the breakfast!!!
There’s a Denny’s, food and service was good and it’s right next to the hotel!! You can just walk to there!
I would definitely come again if I have a trip around here!!

Stayed here for a few days and had an amazing experience. Staff was very friendly and awesome all around. One of the best breakfasts I have ever seen/had at a hotel.

I had a king room which was spacious with plenty of charging options. TV had plenty of channels and the beds were comfy.

The showers were hot with great water pressure and they use Dove soap all around which was nice to see at a hotel. They also have laundry on site if needed.

Walking distance to a few restaurants and gas station.

This place cost a little more than a few other hotels near by, but to me, it was worth spending a little extra for the better service.

Gerry at the front desk was super helpful during the check-in process and was able to quickly answer all of our questions and made our whole family feel very welcome. Also our room and the whole property is beautiful, clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

After another long day of driving, it was easy to check in at a great rate and get the room I needed. Devon and Corrina were a huge help in answering all of my questions about various ammenities at the hotel and about Flagstaff in general.

It goes to show you that Holiday Inn Express takes its employee training to the upmost level, by training and hiring amazing employees like Devon and Corinna.

I would definitely stay at this location again when I travel through Flagstaff again.
