Norton Children's Medical Group - Preston

I have two children who are new patients at this office and love it! My son is four and my daughter is 14 and have been seen about three times in the last two months. The first appointments were well-child check ups and the last one being seen for an illness. The office is clean, staff is AMAZING, and doctors/nurse practitioners are very knowledgeable and patient with everyone. They actually sit in the room with you and walk through all questions you may have, answer said questions, and even give follow-up guidance if needed. My son is Non-Verbal Autistic so his appointments can be very trying. The staff is always so nice and patient with him when he's upset and helps in any way to make the appointment easier on us. I love this location and am so glad I found them because the prior medical office we attended was a nightmare. Calling for appointments is easy as is the online chart account because you can send questions directly to staff and get a response within the same day. I cannot say enough about this place. :)

My girls see the nurse practioner and she is amazing. She really takes the time and listens to your questions and concerns. The ladies in the front are amazing. They always have a smile on their face and are very helpful. I have never had a bad experience.

I LOVE Nancy Brown! She is the best. So so helpful, respectful, and her staff is SIMPLY AMAZING!! Brittney was my babygirls nurse and she was so gentle. She really gave me some good vibes and she was so sweet. I’m so pleased with this place. 10/10 ❤

We loved the Norton children's office in Middletown, but recently switched to the Preston office for ease and convenience of being much closer to home. Only been here once but everything was great and would recommend.

Wonderful place

love the office and workers, I hate having to call and schedule an appointment the people who answer its so rude and don't care about your kids health and needs. hang up on me three time backseat I was trying to find something out regarding my son's health very unprofessional I can tell they hate their jobs.

Awful experience due to poor communication and misinformation. Showed up early for appointment as instructed. Taken to examination room and told that we were next after the Doctor is finished with the current patient. Waited an hour in the examination room to be told that there are two patients ahead of us now. Left the office. Never saw the Doctor. Aside from that, everything else was great.

Side note: Feedback for MyChart. MyChart now has a handy feature where it allows you to check in to your appointment. After checking in, the app prompts you to call the office which just happens to be the step I would have taken anyway. Kudos to MyChart for adding unnecessary steps to checking in.
