The guy that helped me was very patient. He started @ 4:30pm and finished @ 8:00pm. I was so grateful to him. Anyone else would have put it off another day. For some reason my car was different from average. I will recommend Colgate to many people.🙂

Great customer service! Came out on a Sunday late at night when my Daughter lost her keys. Walked us through the process an had her fixed up with a new key fob for her push button start car in no time.

I’m coming on here to give a five plus star rating to this Locksmith company. I see that it kept the one star rating after updating my upset post. I was truly in my feelings. My car key was damaged and wouldn’t turn in the ignition to start my car. After a terrible 3 hours waiting on triple aaa to send someone out, I finally got in contact with Joe from Colgate. Not only was he understanding and sympathetic to what I was dealing with, he was extremely easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and spent extra time working on my passenger door, making sure the key would work on all locks. He was upfront about pricing as well. And even offered to make me a remote for a reasonable price if I ever brought my car to the shop. Next time I run into any issues regarding a locksmith, Joe at Colgate will be the first person I call. I couldn’t recommend him and Colgate highly enough. Thanks Joe!!

Josh came to cut keys to my truck, was here within the hour just like I was told when I called in. He had my keys cut with in 30 minutes and even went out and beyond what he had to do. I didn’t have a lot of money and called around and got some ridiculous prices but Colgate was reasonable. The reviews I read are accurate and they do great work on a budget. Thank you Josh and the company for everything because I didn’t know what I was going to do

Anthony did an excellent job. I couldn’t unlock my car due to the locked being jammed. Neither of my key fobs worked. After having a service unlock the car I luckily found this place to get new keys with remotes made. Anthony was very knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. They had the parts on site to make the keys, no need for them to be ordered. Anthony pinpointed the problem and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.
If I need any work done on keys or locks I will call them first every time.
Highly recommend to anyone needing automotive keys made.

I have a Push-to-Start 2011 Hybrid that had a misplaced key.

I was told they were the best in town, and after I called around to make sure that was the case I had them come out to my house to service my car.

They were available that day and within 5 minutes a dispatcher named Josh had sent someone out to me.

Josh (another Josh) called me before he arrived and then called me when he arrived. I walked outside and spoke with him, he told me it'd be about 10-15min. until he was finished (my battery was also dead), then he knocked on the door when he was done.

He was quick, super friendly, and professional but not on that corporate BS level of fake professionalism, you know?

When all was said and done it cost me $220 for the new push-to-start key and the programming and the service to my location. That was the best in town I could find.

Josh came out to help with a key not turning in the ignition. Not only was he very courteous but he got my car running in no time, letting me continue with my vacation. On a Sunday no less. So happy with his service I would recommend this company to everyone!! So grateful.

Professional and friendly. Needed ignition key for an older model Chevy Impala. Technician had to program 2 keys before it would work but he was determined to get us going and he did. Highly recommend this company.

I was locked out of my gun safe with important documents I needed out. The locksmith showed up on time per when he said he would be out there. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to unlock the safe witch is now as good as new and working just fine. Very reasonable price. I will call these guys again when in need.

Josh arrived on time. He was friendly and helpful in getting our house unlocked. He even went above and beyond and rekeyed our lock so we wouldn't get locked out again. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

I was a walk in customer with a 2008 Honda that had two broken fobs and only one usable key. I was greeted at the door and after only 20 minutes, I was back on the road with two new keys and working fobs. Outstanding customer service and Anthony really knew his stuff. I will always take my locksmith needs here.

My car is my life line. Lost my car key last night and needed a replacement today. This was the only place that had my key brand in stock. Hutch and the owner had great attitudes. Only complaint I have is how long the whole process took (I think Hutch said he was the only one out servicing people though, and it was a Saturday, so it's really nothing they could've done)

Our locksmith arrived fast, he was friendly and very professional. We locked our keys in the trunk of our classic car And the LS took great care to respect our car, and our time. I hope you never lock your keys in your car but if you do I highly recommend Colgate.

I had a great experience at Colgates locksmith services. I have a new key to my c240 Mercedes. It's very nice key. Good services.

We have used them twice at my work. One time was to totally change the hardware on a door and the second was to rekey a lock.

We had Damien as our locksmith both times and were satisfied both times. Prices were fair as well. We will call Colgate anytime we need service in the future at the Logan Street Market.

I couldn't be happier! It's Sunday morning and I was locked out of a building. Hutch came out in 20 minutes and was able to take care of my door issues. He went over and above my expectations. I have found the best Locksmith Company. I'm a very happy customer.
