Thoroughly wonderful new patient experience. Big shout out first and foremost to Vanessa for her compassion and kindness. Every office should be so lucky to have someone like her at the front desk. It sets the tone for everything.
Absolutely loved our interaction with Dr Gracey. Didn't feel the least bit rushed. Very kind and excellent bedside manner. Doctors can sometimes be intimidating but honestly he felt like a friend. I love that he talked directly to my 88-year-old father, And although I was heavily involved in the conversation, My father was his focus. He addressed my father's ulcerated infection, cut his nails, and told us all of our options. We're switching from our current provider.

Dr Gracey and his staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Most important, he listened, asked follow up questions and provided critical medical advice to address my problem. He embraces quality patient care. Thank you.

Everyone was great!! Dr. Gracey was very thorough and so pleasant! Staff was absolutely wonderful, really made me feel welcome and wanted to see me get help for my foot pain! Great place!!

I was very nervous because I had never been treated by a podiatrist. The office staff was very professional and friendly. Next I met Dr Hubbard.
He was so friendly explained everything he was going to do for my Toe. He said, it might hurt a little but it didn’t really so I was very pleased. He continued to explain how they would put bandages on my toe and also said for the next two weeks I.should do the same thing come back in two weeks . So I did he said the toe was healing but he wanted me to keep applying medicine on the toys and continue with the oral antibiotics. Then he released me! If o had any trouble to call him immediately. I will go back he needed . Although I don’t think it will be necessary. Great Doctor, nurse and office personnel .

Dr. Gracey has been treating me for pressure wounds on my feet. I am very pleased with his care. Over the weekend, I noticed signs of trouble on one foot. I called first thing Mon morning and the staff was able to get me in that day to see the Doctor!

Was seen asap. Could not walk on right foot. Doc assessed and sent rx’s. Very thorough observation, staff was professional. I was able to walk again the next day. Dr Hubbard is an awesome person and great doc. 👏👏👏👏👏👍. Thank you very very much.

The nurse was very friendly in preparation to see Dr. Hubbard, & the receptionist is always helpful in scheduling appointments. Dr. Hubbard is to the point, informative, & caring.

The office staff was unbelievably friendly. We laughed and cut up while I was waiting. Dr. Gracie was phenomenal!!! He understood my situation was very empathetic with me. I think he’s one of the best I’ve seen since my surgery. Nurses were also very friendly explained in detail how the scan worked. 1O0 percent top notch practice!!!! Thank you

I love Comprehensive Foot and Ankle, Dr. Hubbard has been my podiatrist for years and I never want him to leave. He is one awesome doctor even though he likes Kentucky Wildcats over Louisville. LOL

I never mind when I have to go to Comprehensive Foot & Ankle. Like my appointment yesterday. I arrived, it was only a couple of minutes and they took me back to my room. The nurse got done with me and the doctor was in right after she left. They are always so professional, yet so caring! I appreciate this office & staff!

The staff members were caring and compassionate. This is nice to see while a lot of services elsewhere have nothing but excuses and substandard care . I highly recommend them if you want/need excellent foot care.

Dr. Tracey is amazing and really good at explaining what’s going on and what steps to take. His whole office is awesome and easy to work with.

Dr Hubbard and staff are very efficient. Offices are neat, clean, good lighting and parking. Very honest. I overpaid and they immediately notified me for a refund.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Gracey spends plenty of time with you and doesn't rush your appointment. I am very satisfied with my foot care. I never have a problem getting an appointment which is greatly appreciated.

Thank you Dr. Hubbard and staff! I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours and his Staff is courteous, friendly and happy. The Dr. Was able to examine and advise me in timely manner.
My later call for a script was answered efficiently and ready for pick up the next day! I can recommend Dr. Hubbard and group with confidence.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gracie and his staff. All are very professional and caring. Dr. Gracie is kind and gentle and willing to take the time to make sure you feel informed about any concerns you may have.

Always a good experience to see Dr Gracey. Always conscientious and cares for his patients needs.
The check in was a little rough as they were learning a new system. Did not appreciate the front desk being on the phone for an extended time and having us wait quite a while. She wasn’t talking to a patient and should have handed off the call to a colleague, who she was asking questions anyway.
