Bristol Bar & Grille Highlands

I had an early lunch and the service people are so pleasant at the Bristol. I especially enjoyed the clam chowder which I would call it a Cajun chowder. Some celery, onions, potatoes and clams ion a spicy but not hot broth. Dinner rolls fresh out of the oven. The featured Chardonnay and crabcake were also very good. I live out of town but I certainly enjoy the Bristol when I have the opportunity

Had green chili wontons, Buffalo cauliflower & ginger ale recently when I visited. All were very good. Server was very nice. Fast service.

Blown away by the salad. Probably the best salad I have ever had in a restaurant, no joke. There was a little bit of a wait for our food, but it was totally worth is because it was so good! Nice environment to sit in, lovely staff. No complaints, I will be back!

I can't believe I hadn't been here before - I had the green Chile wontons and linguine with the sweet Thai chili cream sauce and veggies instead of chicken. It was divine! I will be wanting to eat that meal every day from now on. I wish I got my waitress' name, because she was also incredible! It's hard to find a restaurant with a great happy hour and reasonable prices like this these days. I will definitely be back!

We arrived just as the Bristol opened (we like to eat early), so there wasn't a big crowd and lots of staff was available. We were greeted with a smile and eye contact, and seated right away. We had our pick of tables and chose one right by the window with the sun shining through. Our server was also smiling (a great sign) and answered our questions while getting our order. Drinks and appetizer were delivered very quickly. Loved the artichoke fritters. I'm a conch fritter fan, but really liked these - deep fried to perfection, the artichoke was moist and melted in my mouth once I crunched through the breading - tasted great, looked great. Our server took our orders and refilled our drinks. We got some fresh warm bread with our appetizers - I could have filled up on the bread, it was wonderful. I got a steak sandwich and my wife ordered the Linguine Giovanni; she really wanted chicken parmesan so they dressed it up and give her some extra parmesan cheese. Loved everything we ate. Especially impressed with how they accommodated my wife even though she wanted something that wasn't on the menu. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant is clean and well maintained. It is an older building and definitely has some character. A great place for drinks and dinner, we will be back!

Very welcoming staff at the door. The Sunday buffet was amazing, especially the salmon and shrimp. Our server was very personable and efficient.

I really liked the food and service here.
I had the crab cakes and they were the real deal, not the 90% breading like a few other restaurants.
The Friday Old Fashioned drink special was hard to pass up!

My fiancé and I decided to stop by for Easter brunch. We absolutely loved it so much and can’t wait to take more people back with us next time. The staff was absolutely incredible. Our waiter, Jordan, went above and beyond for us.

Our server, Derrick was superb! Food was good too.

We went for Thanksgiving buffet, the food offered was a mix of creative and traditional, the strawberry mix salad ,grilled Atlantic salmon ,and peeled shrimp were exceptional. A few of the more traditional Thanksgiving fares were a little bland for me , but serving a broad audience probably limits the amount of seasoning . The service was helpful and thoughtful, the atmosphere and decor was excellent. Highly recommend

I love this location!! All the dishes I sampled were excellent, and our server was courteous and attentive. I'm so glad this location brought back their brunch buffet because they do it best!!

What a great place to gather! We had family in town - a pretty big party & they were so accommodating. We were so grateful. Goes without saying that the food is fantastic! & the very dirty martini did not disappoint.

My wife and I stopped in here on New Year's Day and the entire staff was incredibly warm and friendly!! Great atmosphere, great food, great adult bevies :) wouldn't pass through Louisville without making a stop here!

Really good food. Price was very reasonable, especially since th food was so good. Attentive and pleasant waitress. Will definitely go back the next Tom I'm in Louisville.

Wonderful menu of classic entrees! I really like the green chili wontons as an appetizer followed by a Bristol burger, fries, and side salad with Harry's dressing. Nice patio to sit when it is pleasant in outside or grab a table by the front window for epic people watching.

Cool and wet outside, yet it’s warm and cozy inside! On a very rainy evening, our party of 3 found nice appetizers and main dishes available along with a sufficient wine and beer menu. We enjoyed green chili wontons for an appetizer. I chose grilled fish tacos and found them delicious. Living in another state now I was pleased to return for a visit to see the evolution of Falls City beer. Expecting draft, it’s poured from a can! Overall? Nice outing!

Memories made there years ago. Just as good today. Green chili wontons were awesome. Bristol burger cooked to perfection.

Visited 12/5/2020. We wanted to eat somewhere with a good vibe before we make our way back up to Michigan. We found this great local restaurant inside a cute little town. It already had great reviews.

Due to the covid restrictions, where state is different. The restaurant had seating outside for their guests. It was about 45° today, but they had portable heaters for anybody that needed them which was really nice.

The eagle has a nice selection of food. We introduced by our waiter Patrick. He was very accommodating. The eagle is known for their fried chicken. We ordered the fried chicken sandwhich. The flavor alone was so good. The chicken was moist and had a nice crust on the surface.

I tried their sweet tea, it is very sweet but very tasty. I tried it as a Arnold palmer and it was a good combo.
