Altitude Trampoline Park Of Louisville

Went here for my niece's birthday party. Even the adults enjoyed them selves. Will go again. And yes there is going to be stuff on the floor, it's a bunch of kids, kids are messy and will drop things on the floor. Act like they dont do that, and your child has never. But with that being said, they could use a couple more trash cans 😁

They offer a military discount. The business is located on the second floor of a shared business building but it is very large and can accommodate a large group for a birthday party or other event. It offers multiple areas to jump as well as a foam pit and four dodgeball areas. The games of dodgeball aren't formal but the balls can't hurt the kids and there are explicit rules about headshots. There is a separate area for little kids and the rest. Overall I would come back in a heartbeat. I was here for the one year anniversary of the place opening and they gave away complimentary cupcakes. Very awesome.

Always a blast here. I bring my 3 year old daughter up there for toddler time but today we overslept and didn't make it til 1:45 the girl at the counter was super helpful and friendly. Apparently on wensdays it's match day where they match what ever bounce time you purchase. So my daughter got to bounce for hours for only $9 bucks which isn't bad honestly. The places is still as clean as the day it opened in my opinion and since it was fairly early it was all younger children so I didn't have to worry about bigger kids running her over or double bouncing her. For parents of little ones I recommend this place for anytime before 3pm when bigger kids start getting out of school and arriving. As always though we had a blast and can't wait to be back! Thanks guys so glad there's another activity on Dixie for kids to do!

Staff was very friendly! My kids had a blast. We went in the middle of the week, during the day so the crowd was light. Fun atmosphere, even had a movie playing!

Had a great time here today at toddler time with Marshall from Paw Patrol. Lots of kids running around, but it didn't feel crowded. Love how large this place is and that there's actually something to do on this side of town!

Always a great experience here. This is handicapped accessible. There's no ATM here and you can't get cash back from purchases. Small slushies are $3 and some change.

Much cheaper than Defy (House of Boom) and just as much fun if not more fun. It is definitely cleaner. Staff is always friendly!

Love this place. Never really crowded and love the Mommy and me time so the littles don't get trampled by the big kids

Wonderful, huge, and clean facility. Lots of people, but it never felt unsafe. Quick process to sign in and then you can bounce away!

My boys loved there so much.

So much fun. Took my 4 year old and 16 year old for birthdays and we all loved it. Took my mom too who is 55 and she just watched but enjoyed it. Also it's located right next to roosters which is also great!

Been here a few times now and had my daughter's birthday party here as well. Always so much fun and very clean. Every time we go, they have added something new, like more seating. They also have great deals that run thoughout the week for discounts on toddlers and such. And the staff is always very nice and helpful. I do wish they made there own pizza and other food items instead of ordering and having it delivered. They food comes fairly fast tho. Would recommend.

First time visit & very impressed Facility was nice & very clean. Employees superb!! All children were getting along, playing & having a great time!! Honestly the children made me exhausted from watching!! Oh to have that energy back.

We arrived at Altitude today with 6 kids two adults. Unsure if one child (wheelchair bound) would play on the trampolines. Surprisingly good The place is wheelchair accessible and there is a walkway around the trampolines that is wheelchair friendly. She was able to get onto the trampolines and bounce with the other children. Rules are posted many places and so therefor the children in the park were aware of the rules and all played fairly with each other. The staff was cleaning the floor, walls and the shoe cubbies (which I thought was great because those things get dirty FAST!) place was very clean and the staff was awesome. Very friendly and welcoming. Bathrooms were clean and all toilets worked. Even had a family restroom. Prices were fair. Staff helped us figure out the lockers and did not complain when we asked them many questions. Considering the staff is all younger adults I was very pleased with how attentive and friendly they were. Our first time at a place like this and it will not be our last. All the children had a blast but especially our differently abled daughter. This was the best day of her life. (Her words not mine).
Would like to thank Ryleigh and Jala for helping with lockers and helping to explain everything to our family and making it a fun environment for the children. Mostly for the little one who does not get these opportunities often.
