Dorothy C Tata-Oyekan, MD

Dr Tata was my doctor back in 2013.
She was getting married (if I remember correctly) at the time and moved out of state.
Shes the only dr. that has ever helped me with my blood pressure and anxiety.
Its 2023 and I still haven't found a dr anywhere near as good as her.
Makes me want to drive to Kentucky :-)

Dr Tata is amazing. She’s great at listening and genuinely cares. She’s very thorough. Her personality and humor shine through in every appointment.

Dr T-O is awesome. There's a common ground between doc and patient and that's great, always feel like I have someone to talk to. if she doesn't have the answer she knows a specialist who does.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. TaTa is a joy! I adore having her as my PCP.

Always thorough and listen. Tata is always proactive.

I called in a prescription refill to my drug store a week ago and it still has not been filled. This is a drug that I take for blood pressure so it is not something that I can let go. I have contacted the drug store and they have requested it from the doctor three times with no response. I finally called the doctor's office myself this morning and the request still has not been turned over to the doctor. I was promised that they would get the doctor's signature today. What is wrong with these people? Their office staff needs retraining or something.

I’ve been with Norton healthcare my whole life. I’ve called 3 days in a row at different times and waited on hold for 10-20 minutes each time with no answer. Beyond bad look for your business and your doctors. You all not answering the phones so patients are physically incapable to book an appointment. Tried to schedule on the app also, It won’t work either! Your front desk workers aren’t doing their job and it’s driving people away! I’ve been trying to book an appointment for almost a week now! Horrendous… because people are to lazy to pick up a phone or even call back!

Dr. Tata is very good, but her office is VERY incompetent. My last office visit was on Aug 21 where I was prescribed a medication which required prior authorization. It took over a month and me intervening twice along with the insurance company to finally get that pre-authorization. Some of the staff was rude and kept suggesting OTC remedy (which I had been trying to years without relief). I might add none of this was for any controlled substances. My health has deteriorated in the past month because of not having proper medication for my ailment. This is really been the worst healthcare experience and makes you question the healthcare system we have.

Dr. Tata herself is a fantastic physician. Her office staff is terrible and unfortunately has caused me to look elsewhere for my future care.
