I tried to call a lot, no one answers the phone, and I don't find anyone trying to help, to tell you that the baby has come, please answer.

Wait times are terrible but they treated me with respect and made sure that I had what I needed.

What is the point of an appointment time if they are just going to make you wait 30min to an hour past your appointment time?!?! Only reason I gave an extra star is because the staff are nice. The wait times are a nightmare and even worse when you have children with you.

I have never seen the worst place like here. They don't know what to, only talking rabish, the customer service is very poor I suggest them to improve it

I had a baby in June 2023, it took me over a month to get someone to answer after leaving numerous messages, & speaking with a lactation consultant. They’re likely very busy, however this should have never taken this amount of time. God bless these babies who go without. Yet there’s so many warnings on homemade formula. Seems like some moms may not have a choice.

They never call when they say. I spent 40 mins on hold yesterday for then to tell me I already had my follow up appointment today set for 8am-Noon. Did they call? NO. Hire new people. Or start sending out emails/texts to let people know. Never try and leave a voice message. It usually says full and they don't call back.

I have left multiple voicemails and waited for hours on the phone for someone to answer, i have left voicemails and no one has returned my calls! Ever since covid happen I can NEVER get them on the phone!! What sucks is something is wrong with my card and I can't get any help from the office or staff. I have never had issues with them before until like I said, covid happened and they changed everything.

I have never had so many issues with customer service. The day I moved here, I started the process to switch everything over (in august) and I didn’t get my card until February!! By the time I got my card, my benefits were over. After moving across the country, and having a 29 week old baby in the NICU for 3 months, this office did everything they could to make this process harder for me. I have had countless issues with them to this day and I’ve had so many “appointments” in which no one has ever called me for one of them. When I lived in Nevada, I called and applied on day one, had my interview and got my card and benefits all within 24 hours. There is absolutely no excuse for the service I have received and continue to receive from this office.
