Bought my Jeep from John last week and the next day the aftermarket alarm system messed up and wouldn't disable from the key fob. Called John up and explained the situation and he was on top of it and told me where to take it to get taken care of and paid all expenses. Not a problem since and I've waited a week to write a review to give it time and see how it would hold up. All on all I got a very dependable vehicle and am happy with my purchase and his business ethics!

Thanks to John and Kelly, I was surprised to find how easy it was to find and buy a 2009 Honda CR-V on Sept. 11, 2023. Honestly, searching for a new vehicle was exhausting! I'd been on the hunt for a few weeks, while waiting for my insurance settlement. I was determined to make this the day I'd get my new vehicle!
I had searched high and low. Four dealerships alone, on this beautiful Saturday afternoon. Still, no luck. My last stop of the day was to be Burns Auto Mart. I told my daughter, maybe the Lord will send us an angel, and we will find out next car there. We walked in the door, and we were greeted by John. He must've seen the frustration I was feeling on my face. I explained my situation, and he went to work for me. We test drove two vehicles and the second one was hands down, exactly what I wanted. Let me start by saying I never review a business as there is usually something that just doesn't work.
At the very beginning of my search in September and 3 months later burns auto has been awesome to work with. I bought my car in September and have never needed anything done to the car. They made sure it was perfect then and still today. They will sit down and talk like you are good friends just stopping by. We purchased a car from them in July of 2018, and they were super then. So when it came time that we were in need of another vehicle for my son leaving for college in Michigan we didn’t hesitate and our first stop was Burns Auto Mart. Once again John and Kelly and their friendly staff did not disappoint. We found a great car for our son and they once again were super to deal with. John helped my daughter through every phase of buying a car for her first time, she never felt pressured, he explained everything clearly, let her test drive and make her buying decisions., and even made sure the cars tires were replaced after the initial agreement! John talked to me after hours to try and answer my questions. We set up an appointment. The car wasn’t quite what we needed. Kylee welcomed us out of the cold.
