Car Force

I always dread car shopping due to the back and forth haggling and high pressure sales people. The staff at Car Force and salesman Aaron Carrico were great. There was no pressure for us to make a purchase after we said we wanted to think it over. After taking a couple of days to compare other vehicles we decided to purchase our 2016 Ford Escape here and it was an easy deal. Aaron even took the time to show us every feature of the vehicle and made sure we knew how to work everything before leaving the lot. This was the easiest used car purchase we have ever made. The staff was friendly and always eager to help and answer questions.

Aaron Carrico was a pleasure to work with in purchasing our 2017 Lincoln MKC. He was knew the features of the vehicle and was able to answer or get us quick answers to all of our questions. He was respectful of our time and ensured we knew every feature of the vehicle before leaving the lot. My husband and I bought a new Altima from Bill Collins last year. It was great to have the same customer service when buying a used car. I would definitely work with Aaron again!

I was provided with two key fobs. One never worked and when I called them about it they told me I would have to pay for one to be programmed. You decide if you want to do business with the. I will likely not.

Went in to look at a 2013 limited f150 on Feb 20 2013 saw on internet. Salesmans name i forgot by now But sales manager Mr. Bill Jordan was great as well. No pressure to buy and was by far the best buying process ever ! Will be back in future to buy again. Hoping they come out with the Bronco in future.

So, you remember that part in Pretty Woman where the shop women see Julia Roberts and assume that she doesn't have any money and then proceed to humiliate her by refusing to allow her to shop? Yeah. That's how my husband and I felt when we went to Car Force. We purchased our truck there five years ago, so we went back, and as it is part of Bill Collins dealership, we consider it reputable.

This salesman approaches us. I ask, "Is this the used car lot?" He says, "We don't have any cheap cars. The cheapest car we have is probably $10,500." I respond, "We weren't looking for something really cheap." He then says, "Oh, so just cheap?"

It's like he saw us pull up in our Ford F-150 (which we purchased there) and a maintenance van driven by my UNION electrician husband, wearing hoodies, and decided we must not be able to afford much.

I had to turn my back and walk away. My husband and I were incredibly insulted. So, we took our business elsewhere and bought a beautiful Ford Fusion from Hays Automotive, affiliated with Town and Country Ford. I recommend people go there if they want to be treated with respect.

Place seemed fine turned out to be a joke got a car for 15000 barley made first payment and put maybe 800 miles on it before everything started going south they won’t back what they sold pretty much told me good luck with it but it’s not our problem horrible business wouldn’t recommend
