Robert B Palmer-Ball, MD

I have been with Dr. Palmer since the 1990s he has seen my mother-in-law and father-in-law. They both loved him. He saw my ex-husband and myself and my two sons and my sister we have all been very satisfied with Dr. Palmer ball he’s personable cares about his patience, and always makes time to make sure he hears everything you need to say.

Dr. Palmer Ball is an excellent internist who is quick to respond and spends a lot of time at each appointment understanding problems and concerns. Addresses all needs and highly recommend! Bruce Stich

My husband and I are long time patients of Dr Palmer-Ball. We are very pleased with the care we've received. The nurses and office staff have always been most helpful in scheduling appts and renewing prescriptions.

I will be seeing Dr. P-B tomorrow for my annual wellness exam and I cannot think of or know of anyone better that I would rather have on my medical team than P-B. He has been my primary internist for around 20 years and has provided exceptional advice and care whether during routine office visits or hospital inpatient care. He is definitely one of the best internist in Kentuckiana!

I have been going to Dr. Palmer-Ball for over 25 years. I find him to be very compassionate and interested in me as a person. My quality of life has been excellent because of his care.

Not sure why the negative review. I've been going here for several years and I don't have any issues with Palmer-Ball. He doesn't seem like he's trying to rush out of the office as you're asking questions like so many other physicians seem to do.

Courteous front office staff. Professional medical assistant. Over 30 yrs as a patient and have never been rushed through an appointment. I don't thank them enough for the good care I've received.

After my mother relayed your apprehension about vaccinating children against COVID-19, my wife and I had to explain to her, that when it comes to her grandchildren, we'll be following the science, CDC guidelines and the American Academy of Pediatrics. My mother is not an anti-vaxxer, but your opinion carries a lot of weight with older patients. Thus, it was irresponsible to cite your limited study in epidemiology decades ago as expertise in this virus, the vaccine's effect on children and public health. Further, when my father got sick after a business trip, you offered that his illness was somehow correlated to the efficacy of masking on planes. As a medical professional, you must know that is indefensible. Please stay in your lane as an adult PCP.

Dr palmerball has always been awesome to me. Tells it like it is and won't sugarcoat things. His staff however are hit/miss at best. If you need a refill of a prescription expect delays. I'm a type 1 diabetic and have no insulin ATM but his staff are too concerned with placing me on hold and not returning my calls to provide actual healthcare. Dr s great, staff is awful, process is long and tedious.

been trying to get refill on my meds and its been 3 days and still nothing. The ladies at the front desk are rude and do veryy little to infor/ help you. Somehow is overly busy all the time.

If you are or have an aging person Do not take them to Dr. Palmer-Ball. He has no compassion whatsoever. He is rude. It is time for him to retire.
