Had a rear bumper dent and a some separation. My left mirror was cracked . Butch Parson was very understating, when I didn't want a new bumper . He said he will try to pop the bumper. I picked it with in is estimated time. Did a great Job. looks like new/ Had to order the mirror. I am very satisfied with the work and the price. Would definitely recommend parsons. Mr. Parson got me into his busy schedule to fix my car. Not only that but he was able to rearrange his schedule to help me out. The work was phenomenal and I couldn’t be happier. Hopefully I won’t need to come back to Parsons, but if I ever needed collision repairs, this is where I would come.

This was the first time I used Parsons Body Shop and I am so glad I found them. They are very friendly, accommodating and professional. But most of all extremely honest. I needed three things fixed on my car and I thought I would be without it for a couple of days. I had it back in several hours not days. I had price quotes from the dealer and also a couple of other places. Persons saved me a lot of money. I will definitely go back when I need something done again.

I am VERY HAPPY with Parsons Body Shop. I had about a little bigger than golf ball size of rust on the side of my car that I let get worse over time. One body shop told me I could just sand it on my own but an auto shop strongly advised me against it since the rust was so bad. Other body shops insisted they needed to do the entire panel and quoted me over 1000, stating it would be impossible to match the color if they didn’t do the entire panel. Well Parsons had no problem with that and gave me a much cheaper quote. Not to mention they noticed that it appeared to have already been patched up before - and poorly. This wasn’t something that the other body shop saw. Parsons were very efficient and got the job done in less than 3 days. They were friendly, helpful and reassuring. My favorite part is they were true to their word. Got it done right in the timeframe they said and for the exact price they quoted me. I am so grateful for them taking care of my car and saving me time and money! Thank you—-my car looks great!

Butch is the owner and has always taken care of me when I've needed. He is an honest guy and is super nice. Only place I will take my vehicle for any body work needed.

Very pleased with the customer service provided by Butch. Estimate was thorough. He was able to get my vehicle in for body work 4 weeks faster than the competition. Finished work by the staff was well done. Almost looks like it came out of the factory. Great job!

Tired of sleazy sales pitches and poorly done work? Butch Parsons and his crew are a refreshing experience in a time of declining customer relations and shoddy workmanship. Over the years my family has had three cars repaired at Parsons. The warm, honest, and professional way we have been dealt with makes a hard experience surprisingly pleasant. Even Mr. Parson’s employees are friendly and courteous. The only sad thing is that this kind of customer service is such a rare finding in today’s culture!
