I love a good burger.
But this place?
Deliveried an outstanding double cheese burger.
Onion rings perfect
Grilled chicken salad totally awesome.
Wished they had a Bacon Burger.
Would've ordered more if I had the money cuz I live alone and hate cooking for myself.
Fast and very friendly service.
Wanna buy their food truck so I can fulfill my dreams of cooking awesome food like this for the masses.
Will be back on a regular basis since I work and live around the corner.

Loved the ease of ordering when you first go in (if paying with card) otherwise you order at the counter. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Burgers were absolutely delicious. Onion rings and Cajun fries were really fresh and crispy. Vanilla chocolate eclair was delectable. We will definitely be back. Dining area was spacious, very clean and inviting.

In from out of town. I always look for good burger places to try when traveling. This place was fantastic! Royal Cheeseburger was amazing and the fries were perfect. Will come again next time I’m in Louisville.

I had the Patty Melt & French Fries which was very taste but have to say I really loved the Cook to Order Golden Brown Fries. Peach Tea. Also I had them to put my 2nd Pattie in a to-go box cause 2 Patties sandwiche & Fries would be too much for a 68 year old to eat, which they were pleased to do. Loved the Food & the girl at the register was very helpful & nice. My Granddaughter had the Chicken sandwiche & Fries she said they were good & she loved drawing & writing on the wall. I think the quality and portion of the food is worth the price, We ended up splitting one fry and took the other one home with the extra Pattie. Thank You For A Enjoyable Lunch Time With My Granddaughter!!

There just aren’t any words - even for the savviest of wordsmiths to offer that would prepare you for what you’ll find here at Weekend Burgers. You’ll enter, expecting a delicious - but safe, “run of the mill” type of sandwich but that’s exactly what you won’t find here; instead, you’ll find a cozy American classic waiting to be discovered by every curious passerby. The atmosphere is peaceful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger with (initially) cheese-covered “flats”, or flat-cut fries which are definitely a must-try (I had chili added after being heavily persuaded by the individual I was dining with) and I’ll never imagine having them any other way. Flavor was spot-on and my visit was extremely satisfying. I highly recommend visiting. I’ve found my favorite burger.

This place is sooooo good. They have some of the best burgers I've ever had. Their food is always fresh and hot. Burgers are super customizable. Would recommend anytime. The only complaint I have is they aren't open on Sunday. 🤣

Everything was delicious. We're planning on going back, soon. Burgers are well priced, as are the desserts. The shakes are properly made, with ice cream, not from a mix like fast food. I recommend at least a double on the patties since they're smash burgers.
My only complaint is that, though tasty, the portion sizes on the sides are a little small and aren't very sharable for the price.

Let me preface this review by telling you all I’ve never posted a food review ever. However this needs to be said. One of the best patty melts I’ve ever had. The patty itself was hot and juicy, cheeses were melted to perfection, topped off with a fried egg. Cajun Fries seasoned just right with many options to customize and add the toppings you’re craving. The milkshakes are made to near perfection and they allow you as many flavor possibilities you want. I had a mixture of vanilla, banana, strawberry (real strawberry bits), whipped cream, caramel drizzle. Milkshake didn’t even make it home it was so good. Delicious food and awesome service.

The food is so good! I had a mushroom Swiss burger and tots with chili and I was so full! I did not save room for their delectable sweets! They have a wide menu with just as many sweet options as main menu items!

Cant believe it took me this long to find this gem! I used to eat brunch at the business there before Weekend Burgers but never thought to stop here until this weekend. I was missing out! We ate here both Saturday and Sunday and both experiences were amazing. The smashed burger style is my absolute favorite and here it is served so fresh and cooked to perfection. The Cajun fries were also delicious. We were served and enjoying Our food in under 10 mins. 10/10 for me and so glad to have found a new and addicting burger spot.

This place has great burgers and tots, but I also really like the salads. I had buffalo chicken salad today, but I also like the grilled chicken salad with their house dressing.

Recently visited this establishment on a weekend birthday trip for my brother. Terrific food in an otherwise unassuming strip-mall located close to downtown Louisville. Neat avant garde atmosphere with a steady stream of customers filing in, many on a first name basis with staff and vice-versa. Had a triple smashed cheeseburger which was very flavorful loaded with fresh veggies encased in a wax cover to keep any grease or burger fixings off any clothes or floor. Reminded me of Dyers in Memphis. Chili-cheese fries were savory with a bit of spice. Had a vanilla eclair for dessert which was the highlight of this special meal. Homemade with whipped cream layered between wafer like dough. The owner came out to greet us at the end. All in all, a memorable experience celebrating my brother's 50th birthday. If we ever make it to Louisville, we'll be back again for sure.

I had their cheeseburger, cajun fries and the eclairs. Everything was delicious. The patty tasted fresh and fries were well seasoned. I'm glad I went back to order the neapolitan eclair because it was the perfect compliment to the meal as it was not too sweet and the chocolate cream melted in my mouth. So good!

Great food and eager to please service. Keep up the good work guys/girls. There may be a brief wait during busier times because the cook to order with care. But trust me it is worth the wait.

Amazing cheeseburgers and melts. The burgers are what I’d says is an “In-N-Out style” hamburger except it doesn’t have the sauce In N Out does. The fries are pretty average but the tater tots are really really good. The loaded Cajun tots are insane. They have fantastic milk shakes and malts as well. I’ve been here dozens of times now and every single time the food was perfect, the staff was super nice, and the service was quick. I’ve never had anything cooked wrong, I’ve never missed anything out of my order, and the staff has always been awesome. My current favorite burger in all of Louisville, honey 💁🏻‍♂

Ate here for the first time yesterday, and it far exceeded expectation! I think it’s up there with the burger greats of the city, and at the top of the list for affordable, humble, good quality burgers. We ordered way too much: 2 double cheese burgers dressed, tots, chili cheese fries, and two chili dogs. Everything was perfect in what you want out of good simple diner style burgers. Thin patties, excellent chili, tots were cooked perfectly. The price point was amazing for how satisfied we were when we left. We got home stuffed and happy….then two hours later, shared our leftover chili dog and tots.

I’ve been to Weekend Burgers now 4-5 times since it’s opening 3 weeks ago. The consistency of quality has been there every time. Granted, I’m the type of person that gets hooked on 1 item and I tend to re-order that 1 thing again and again. So to that end, the burgers are awesome. Always cooked to order and fresh and the sauce is amazing. You know you have a good burger when you bite into it and that beautiful sauce leaks out. Also, the tots are my go-to side here. Always good! I’m glad we have a great restaurant in the southend and I look forward to sampling some of the desserts (splits, ice cream, shakes, etc.) when the weather warms up a bit. However, I’m sure it will all be consistently good, quality food.
