Terry S. Weiss, MD

My wife and I were lucky enough to become patients of Terry's in 2014, when we moved to Louisville. We've never been anything less than completely satisfied with the level of service. In the few times that either of us has had a (minor) emergency, Terry has scheduled us for same-day visits. Her staff are always courteous and Maisie, the office dog, is the best.

Dr Weiss is amazing, and so is her staff. They listen, Care and provide more than medical care. My parents came here first and recommended me, and then I recommended my son - that says it all!

I have to say this facility is not accommodating sick children. Since Baptist Medical Group took over it's going down! They have in the lobby a sign that says “We hear you, We see you, We are here to help”! Baptist Medical Group should evaluate if they are even helping someone or just cashing checks.

My son was very sick we made an appointment. We were staying in traffic for over an hour we called and told them we would be there. Finally, we made it 20 minutes late but we made it and they turned us away with a sick child. We had to fight another hour of traffic to find an urgent care and it was closed. It took us another hour to find another place which turned him away because he was too young. Finally, after three hours, we found a doctor who could see him. This is not a place you send your family. I have seen better care anywhere around the world. Even in so called third world countries!!

It's so disappointing this place has become that way!
