We attempted to drop off a flyer asking for a donation for the local Glenn Oaks Swim Team. The office manager was very rude and promptly told my wife that HER office and ALL of Norton Commons had a "Non-Soliciting" policy, even for non-profits such as the swim team. I can understand this for businesses that might be soliciting their services, however I find it unfortunate that this was our experience with this office, when attempting to have a conversation about a donation for a local kids swim team. I guess they wouldn't sponsor a little league team either.
Regardless, we didn't even got to that part of the conversation given the rudeness of the front desk person.

To be clear, we are both professionals as well as small business owners and interestingly enough have been considering looking for a new local cpa, however I can certainly tell you we won't even consider this firm for any of our work simply by how they handled this small interaction. I would see it as inherent to the attitude of this entire firm, if the owner allows this type of interaction from his front end manager, who is his face to the public.

Not to mention, many families from the Norton Commons community swim on our local team and others, so you would hope that the businesses physically located in Norton Commons would at least consider supporting the community that ultimately supports their own business...but apparently not. I strongly suggest....Support businesses that support their local communities....So stay away from this firm!
