Alta Vista Mobile Home Park

My name is Paul and I moved into this park about a month and a half ago. The park is going through a lot of good changes. The park Mgr. Gina is really overhauling this park. She’s doing amazing things here, by cleaning it up and making it a safe and peaceful place to live. The rent space is very affordable as well.

I would like to give a special recognition to Gina, the park Mgr. She is a very kind person, who is easy to deal with. She will go above and beyond, to make sure, whatever you need is taken care of. She’s a great Mgr. from my experience.

I look forward to the future of this park and this is not just a mobile home park but, it’s a community of good people.

I am very blessed and I thank God for placing me here. I’m proud to call this community my home.

Gina is the best. They care about this property. Rent is good rate. Neibors are friendly.

This is a mobile home park not the Ritz. In the past their were horrible managers that was doing things that probably weren't legit. I'm not sure I can only go by my experience and it wasn't good one
Yes the park is old and needs some work. Ok. The rent comparatively is cheaper than most places. Yes they are going to raise the rent again around October, but guess what it's still cheaper than most places.
Now there is a new management team and they are trying to clean the place up and it does take time and effort but their is only 2 of them and the residents should help. The manager has taken residents to the grocery stores or to pay bills. They get food to help the residents out. They have even went and visited residents that were hospitalized. They truly care about the residents here. Any donations they receive are immediately given out to whomever needs them. If there is a particular item you need, just ask. They will keep a lookout for that particular item for you.
If there are drugs here, it isn't so blatant. Tell me, where can you live where nobody does or sells drugs? That would be a rare place indeed and I bet it would be a very expensive place. How would that mythical place keep all drugs out and away from those residents? Would "drugs" include aspirin too, because they are technically drugs.
The park does offer a pool, laundry room a small playground, and a area to park a extra vehicle or a large vehicle/boat/RV.
Like I said, it isn't the Ritz but a decent older mobile home park where the owner cares and now has a great management team with some decent amenities, especially you can keep your boat on property instead of a storage area somewhere else.

here at alta vista mobile home park we have a great new landlady and her great husband mark the maintenence man they have recently taking on there roles as landlady and maintenance man , they have lived in the park for some time before their latest adventure! they have made the park so much better to live! Yeah i know ive gone on and on about them but its hard not to share these two great people! keep.up the great job!

The slumlord debbie up and ran to texas after trying to screw over her tenants. The new park owners are pretty awesome and are very understanding to their tenants needs. Gina has helped me alot in getting out of the mess the former park manager put me in. Things are looking better for the park for sure.

I have to say the new manager here Gina is way better than Debbie more like heaven sent she actually agreed to help my sister after everything Debbie did even though it wasn't even her doing she is very humble and helping so im changing my review

My families lived here for a long time barely had any troubles in the ten years he's lived their super nice and caring property managers and they will take care of you. I visit him every once in awhile

I live here and I mean I dont go outside much but like when I do the people are pretty chill. They probably think I'm a stalker or something since I only show my face around here like once a month, but yeah its dope

Great place to live, children friendly, Seniors as well.
Community BBQs and pot lucks when possible,
A place where every one knows your name, and we all watch out for each other.

I lost my puppy one day and everybody in the park cared and was a big help finding her love the place great people
