My time renting with Grace Property Group was nothing short of amazing. John, my landlord, was attentive, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. His maintenance guys even mounted my TVs for me! My apartment was in excellent condition with updated appliances, and friendly neighbors. When I decided to buy a home, John was supportive and made the transition as smooth as possible. He truly cares about his tenants. Highly recommend!

GPG and John Jones made selling our condo as painless an experience as it could be! We were at a point where we were going to either spend the time and money to renovate and sell the condo ourselves, or just sell it “as is”to an investor. But John Jones is not just any investor. He was incredibly respectful of our time and the concerns we had in making the decision. He was honest and candid throughout the whole process. I have also heard from our former neighbors that he and his workers are being good “neighbors” during the renovation process.
