Guys, let me tell you about my experience with Cook's locksmith. From years past, I knew they were great, so I called. Same thing, very respectful, understanding, honest about price and very pleasant. You know I'm a fanatic about customer service and boy they have it. They always had. I don't know why I'm surprised. I recommend them highly, I just do. They're fantastic.

I found out our spare key was compromised and someone used it to enter our house. Pretty scary right? So at about 7pm tonight I called the emergency after hours line. Picked up after a few rings by a real human, quoted me a price and was here within 20 minutes. Trip took care of us, and we felt so relieved with a new lock tonight. These guys are the real deal. Honest, fast service and 5+ Stars from me.

I loved working with this locksmith company. I’ve worked with a few over the years. They were efficient, they came out very quickly and they gave very thorough advice about how to fix other unrelated issues. If you need services with them I would highly recommend and I would recommend you ask for David to be the technician. He was absolutely fantastic.

Cook's was the best and cheapest place to take my car after some idiot decided to try and steal my car! The literally charged me ONLY HALF of what everyone else wanted! 🫡❤ THANK U AGAIN!

Listen. It’s 820 at night and when I tell you the customer service I just experienced from David was excellent. The fact he was able to talk to me about my locking situation and what my next step would look like meant a lot. Although I didn’t utilize the emergency service this evening (due to hungry kids in the car and I’m a single mother who has been at work) I will be calling them tmrw to take care of my needs !

I lost my keys and couldn’t find them anywhere so I called AAA and they referred me to Cooks..Matt called me back he was patient and understanding and even helped me save some money which I am so grateful for at Christmas time. He told me what to do and I called the next day got the savings and Matt came to save the day!!! Thanks Cooks and definitely Matt we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!

when Cook"s locks smith says that they provide professional service they mean it and its because of two amazing employees that I have a key to my car that did not cost me and arm and a leg. Krystyna and Tonya were absolutely amazing and I hope they can read this review and it gets them a raise because they certainly deserve it. Krystyna knew all the right people to get me in touch with to help me with the key and helped with pricing. Tonya was so sweet that she even called AAA for me not once not twice but talked to them 3 times when they were giving me a hard time trying to use them usually people would just give up. But not Tonya she called them and explained that i wanted to use Cook's and told them that i qualify to have AAA pay $150 of my new key (which i did not know was a benefit to paying for that service) and she was not taking no for an answer. bottom line I can not thank Krystyna and Tonya enough and I hope your BOSS KEEPS THE BOTH OF YOU!!!!!!!. If you need a new key got to Cook's and ask for these two wonderful ladies and see for yourself how great they are!!!!!!

I called and they had a great technician out to unlock my truck in 45 minutes in rush hour traffic. Very happy with the expertise and professionalism of the company and the tech! Only place you need yo call for lock out service.

I called Cook’s locksmith services this morning. My security door lock was not operating correctly and I was very much concerned.
A fine young gentleman named MATT TUCKER came out to my home and in just a very short time everything was back in working order.
Not only was he very efficient and very knowledgeable in what he does, he went beyond the call of duty to help us with other services we needed completed, of course, all pertaining to his line of service.

David Durbin from Cook’s Locksmith saved my butt yesterday! I locked my keys in my car and it was virtually impossible for me to get into it, and he was so nice and efficient. Wonderful service, highly recommend!!!!!

My daughter’s car had a key that stopped working in the ignition and the steering had locked up. We had her car towed to the Jeffersonville location and they found out it just needed a new key made because the old one had worn! Cook’s was honest and reasonable. We were highly satisfied with their service!!

Amazingly easy. Had a line when I was there and was helped quickly and price was excellent. Definitely give them a shot!

I’ve been to Cook’s several times for minor key issues and they’ve always been friendly and professional. I stopped by yesterday with a garage door opener I couldn’t get a battery to fit properly. They took care of it and didn’t charge me. It wasn’t a huge deal but that bit of professionalism goes a long way when deciding which company to choose.

We needed a new car key and old key reprogramming. Great experience, very professional, quick service and extended weekday hours! Highly recommend Cook’s Locksmith in Louisville.

Needed matching locks for 2 machines and it wasn’t a problem. They actually went to a bin and handed them to me and weren’t crazy on the costs. Actually headed there today for another reason.

I needed a new key fob for my Ford Taurus. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and my new key works perfectly!!
