Great experience. People I think expect way too much from used cars. I did purchase a vehicle and the transmission burned out. He offered to have it replaced at a low cost for that work. He didn't have to do that but I appreciate the concern for his customers. Thank you!

I was looking to trade my truck in for an other car or truck

I found a car I liked on marketplace to find out it was at this car. No big deal, lots of car lots do this now days. After showing up though, the car already had been sold days earlier and the guy sending me the address to come see it didn’t tell me so I wouldn’t waste my gas AND he wasn’t even at the lot to show me the car we were messaging about. The person working the store had to tell me. Extremely unprofessional.

I won't rate this because I haven't been there personally but I can say I believe you should give someone a chance before shutting them down. Maybe it might have taken a little longer for me to pay off then either of us were comfortable with an I might not of had as much up front as either of us would prefer but I would've paid for it asap an probably got 80% if not all my cars there from here Out. My kids cars there an told friends... Who knows fr one small act of kindness can change not only someone else's life but your own... I understand not all people keep their word but not all people break it either... As the so provider in my little family of 5 I hope the day will come when all 4 of my babies will see more kindness an less doubt...
