I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Louisville Motors 1. Sam (the owner) was awesome. He was very friendly, he didn't pressure me into buying a vehicle and made me feel 100% comfortable. He has top notch vehicles at amazing prices. I did purchase a vehicle from him for my son as a graduation present and I'm 100% happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Sam and Louisville Motors 1.

Extremely pleasant and smooth transaction. This was my first time purchasing an out of state car and also sight unseen, Sam was super honest with the condition of the vehicle, shared videos and even did a video call highlighting every detail the vehicle had. The maintenance history of the car was like none I have ever seen, everything was detailed and that is really important when buying a german car. Everything made me feel very comfortable with the purchase, Sam even helped with the shipping of the vehicle. Definitely hope to do business again with Louisville Motors in the future.

If I could give ten stars, I would! Ahmed was excellent to work with. He went over everything with me, including the history of the car and the mechanics. I purchased a Black 2015 Mercedes E350 4matic from Louisville Motors One, absolutely no high pressure sales and worked directly with the owner, Ahmed. He took the time to explain every detail about the vehicle and made sure I had every question answered. I left there without buying to look at another vehicle, it took me about 10 minutes of BS at the other car lot and went back to Louisville Motors and made the purchase. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Great car! Great Price! Great Condition! Well maintained. MORE maintenance and care was done than was referenced on the Carfax. Had owner's manual & both key fobs. Ahmed (owner) was very detailed and knowledgeable on the vehicle. Even after my purchase, I reached out to him with questions and he was readily available. Last, but not least AFTER i left downpayment on a Wednesday(to pick up on Friday), another customer made an offer that was "higher" than mine. Ahmed could have told me anything and returned my deposit, and I wouldn't have known any different. Customer Service and INTEGRITY at it's BEST!!! Looking forward to my NEXT purchase! I have purchased several cars from here over the past 10 years and have been very pleased with the customer service and honesty of the staff. There is no pressure to buy anything and they do not mind telling their thoughts about a vehicle.

I found these guys online from the website and I live over 600 miles away and Virginia Beach was very hesitant and nervous about buying a vehicle only seeing it online but the owner was very reassuring and very kind.
I flew out to Louisville international, the owner Sam picked me up in a bad ass Hummer and took me to the dealership. There was no pressure to buy at all ( although he knew I was gonna buy it anyway) but the fact is I wasn't rushed. Even offered to put diesel injector and fuel system cleaner in my vehicle, left me with a full tank of gas.
So I would recommend these guys to anyone look for a new ride that like good customer service and that don't wanna deal with push sales people.

P.s -- Sam your accent though bro. Hahahah awesome.

The dealership made purchasing the car very easy. No tricks or gimmicks. I felt very comfortable buying the car from them without physically seeing the car. I now have the car and it was flawless just like they told me over the phone and email. I had it checked out by Mercedes as soon as I got it and they had nothing bad to say. After searching for a quality and economical car for my son, for several weeks, and after a bad experience at another lot, we landed at Louisville Motors 1 by accident. After our first visit, we decided to look around at other places and other cars, but kept coming back to this particular car. There was no pressure to purchase the car, which was nice. The Carfax was clean, as well as the car. There was no hidden information about the car or the price. We were allowed to test drive with no pressure and were able to ask as many questions as we needed to for our comfort level.

I was choosing between two cars at this dealership. Both were in excellent condition and service records. The owner and staff were very helpful and fairly priced the vehicles. After purchasing the car, the owner went above and beyond to get me the registration and the plates I wanted. He even sent me a second key that was later found. It was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this dealer without hesitation.

I bought a 2013 Ford F-150 Platinum from Sam back in April. My situation was a bit complicated as I showed up to the airport in Louisville at 9:30am and had only given Sam roughly 18hours notice that I was coming to check out the truck. Without hesitation he picked me up from the airport, showed me around town and to the dealership we went. A great businessman who takes care of his customers and was military friendly. Now the truck was just as described and I am very pleased with it. In the past month I’ve put about 3k miles on it and have done several commutes from VA to SC with no issues. If you’re looking into sales with Louisville Motors 1 then you have my recommendation.

I hate buying a car. I am unrealistic, hard to deal with, and trust no one. I have bought 14 cars and have had 14 negative experiences...until now.
