Great experience for buying my first used car! Mark made everything super easy and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He guided me through the process to help pick what options were best for me.

Got the car I wanted and the people there are very helpful and friendly! So far vehicle runs great, oil change message keeps coming on(Corey at Jays did tell us they did change it but may need something reset because my husband ask when looking at it)so am going to get checked and engine light came on 2 days later so hoping its just because of the oil change thing. Would definitely recommend!!

I’m so happy with my experience at Jay’s Auto Sales! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable, especially Mark! He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted within my price range and expectations. He didn’t try to upsell or pressure me. If you want them to fix something before you buy it just ask and they will help you to the best of their ability. I just really want to take this time to say thank you to the gentleman at Jay’s auto sales. I have bought three cars so far from them and my most recent car was stolen and of course had damages to it. I called Jay’s just to see if they knew somewhere, I could take it to get it repaired and they told me to bring it in.
The mechanic there repaired my damages and did a great job. I couldn’t be more appreciative.

I looked at many,many cars lots, I went to jays like 20 times looking for anything from a Cadillac to a small car , finally I just sent the warden(wife) to get a car and I chose Jays because well they put up with my several visits with no pressure,she came home with a very nice car well priced. See again ya very soon . Oh and they told me where cars came from and Carfax thing.

Very positive purchasing experience at Jay's. Patrick and Mary were great to work with, and we got it done in a relatively short amount of time. Patrick gave us a very fair price off of the car we wanted, no haggling or negotiating, which we accepted. Although it's only been one day as of this writing, we look forward to driving this car for a long time. Will update if things go south, but I honestly don't expect them to. Good, fair people to buy a used car from.

12.27.22 update: it has been a year and a half since I purchased my vehicle from Jay’s Auto Sales and I have not had a single issue; 100% still in love with this car :)

I got a great car with a great price and with a warranty. All their cars have low miles, mines under 70,000 for a 2014. This is my 4th car from them, haven’t went anywhere else in almost 20 years. Check them out!!!

I'm so happy I found Jay's! After scouring the internet for months with much disappointment, I finally found the car of my dreams at their dealership. Not only was the price super reasonable, but their customer service was top notch. They clearly put a lot of work and love into their inventory, and even changed the break pads and rotors for me before I picked it up at no additional cost. The buying process was smooth and painless, the offices were nice and clean and the staff were really professional. They also practiced proper COVID safety measures, which is more than I can say for a lot of dealerships right now. I definitely recommend shopping with them!

I love the Juke I bought. So far they have addressed every concern I've had like they said they would until I was satisfied! I took my time and checked out a couple of vehicles until I found the one I wanted and I am very satisfied with this place ...a great place to buy a car :-)

For over the past 11or so years, I've been a customer of Jay's Auto Sales. An well I've had NOTHING but positive interaction with the whole crew at Jays. Great cars, Jeep, SUVs with amazing low mileage. I do and always will deal with them. It's become more like family than a dealership. 5++++++ stars .

I have worked for a family business for over 20 years. The reason I even say this is , Jay’s is also family run. I came to Jays and was treated as such. It’s very rare these days to be treated like a person and not just a number. Jays Auto went above and beyond to meet my needs and I’m forever grateful. I was given incredible service and will definitely bring my business here for years to come. I can’t say enough about the staff! I was made to feel relaxed and sat back whilst they quickly got me on the road. I just want to thank you guys and gals again for everything! It just goes to show you that the human element is like no other. Friendly service is often lost in transition these days but this was not the case here! Fast , courteous service and a team that truly knows what they are doing. Once again, I sincerely want to thank you guys all your help. I was in a tough place and circumstances in my personal life and the Jays family made sure my experience was stress free. If I could give 10 stars I would !! Thank you!

I stopped when it was closed and then went to website, which was easy to use. I could view the vehicle and get information on the vehicle, like miles etc.. they have photos of most vehicles. I'll probably test drive one
