Norton Community Medical Associates - Audubon

Dr. Donohue has been my PCP since 2016. I have always found him to be incredibly professional, gracious, & genuinely caring. He speaks to you like a human, not just cattle like some doctors who usher you in & out the door. I have great respect for this practice, & all the doctors in it.

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. The person I saw, Sarah Zanger, was also very friendly, compassionate, and actually listened to me. I’ve had a hard time finding a doctor I like so I’m glad to have finally found a good place.

The staff are very friendly , I’m always seen in a very timely manner .

I tried to call for an appointment and I was on hold more then 10 minutes,m looking for. A good PCP for me and my husband,with the lil ones around it's too difficult to kept on hold for such a long time :(

I’ve been trying for a week to get a simple prior authorization taken care of for one of my medications. After several messages through MyChart, a phone call to the office, it’s still not done. I was told today that I’d need to be seen before he could “fill the medication.” I was in less than a month ago, so no, it’s not time to be seen. And I don’t need a script called in. That’s been done. I just need the PA done. Beyond frustrated.

I was excited when this practice moved bc it was a quick walk from my home, however that excitement quickly waned.
My appointment was set for 9:20am. I walked from home and was quickly checked in and shown to one of the big waiting rooms. I was called back within a few minutes. An assistant took my weight, height, and showed
Th waiting room (the exam room). I waited in the exam room for 40 minutes before the doctor made her appearance, no apology for running so behind.
The exam consisted of the dr. sitting on computer asking me questions that have already been answered and in my chart. She did pat my neck area a bit. But didn’t look at my eyes, nose, throat, ears. The exam took about 35 minutes. I was then taken back to the big waiting room to wait for my blood work.
I waited and waited and waited and at 11:20am I decided to leave without having my blood work done. I told the front desk that I was leaving, she couldn’t have cared less that I had been there waiting for so long because, “we stay so busy”.
What a waste of two hours of my Monday morning!
