Efficient, friendly, excellence are a few of the words that come to mind. We have been using Baldwin for several years and they are second to none.

They do not answer emails or call back for a long time, if ever. You can't count on a response. They don’t do the taxes expeditiously and, as a result, you pay interest on extensions. They charged over $500 for working on an IRS problem and they did not do much of anything to resolve it. I’ve done most of the work and am still dealing with the IRS. They made a mistake (10% penalty added on a Coverdell and 401K used for school on a tax return and the tax owed was originally over $4000 but the amended return was only about $400. Charged for the amended return also. I don’t believe that they are interested in private taxpayers, but are only interested in corporate clients. I will not be going back.
