I love Ms. Reeses she greets you first come in . Dr Dorsett is so kind and caring if problem you can call anytime weekends/holidays day or night she will get back to you been coming 15 plus yrs as long as she is here so will I also her office is clean and her assistants are incredibly helpful if you need them

When I called for an appointment, I was able to get one for two days out which was great. Reesie at the front desk was so personable and made completing paperwork a breeze. My x-ray tech/first contact in the patient room Vanessa was so nice and listened to my issues and assured me they would do their best to try to resolve my problems. Dr. Dorsett was nice and helped get me on the right track. There was no high pressure sales pitch to buy something or go this route, but left the decision making up to what I felt we should try. I know several other people who recommend Dr. Sanders' office, so I gave them a try. I'm hopeful that I'm on my way to being pain free or at least in a lot less pain. Give them a call if you are having foot pain.

Dr Melissa Dorsett is terrific, as is the entire staff. I'd give them ten stars if I could!

The office staff were very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Dorsett made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, explaining the procedure thoroughly (ingrown toenail removal and chemical treatment).

They have very nice doctors and staff. I just had a surgery recently. It’s healing well. It’s been a great experience all the way around.

Dr. Sanders is the best. If you podiatry problems I highly reccomend.

My experience with advanced foot and ankle started out OK. They took molds of my feet for inserts that cost me $300. They injected my right foot with a cortical steroid to relieve my pain. I have extremely flat feet and was told by one of the doctors I had the flattest feet they had ever seen. However, when my inserts came back, they had no arch support. They were flat. When I asked for a refund, the receptionist said they couldn’t give me one. Out of frustration I took my inserts and left and I’ve never been back. I found the receptionist to be rude. It was just a bad experience, and I’ve never been back.

Have had “toothache” type pain between 2 toes where I had a neuroma removed 20+ yrs ago. While living in FL, Podiatrist gave me a cortizone injection that took pain away for the better part of a yr. After moving to KY, I told this doc I needed HELP to walk & going on a cruise. I couldn’t stand the pain but she barely gave me any cortizone. I even questioned her after the injection as it was nothing like my FL doc. She just said come back in 2 wks if pain not gone! I didn’t get any relief! Hobbled around now for another month! Will try another podiatrist. Nice staff but doctor….just not understanding….I think she wanted ANOTHER office visit!

Saw this Dr. for ankle pain. They told me my insurance through the KY State Health Insurance would pay for orthotics. Then they never billed my insurance and sent my bill out for collections. Do not recommend as the orthotics did not help my ankle and they will not bill your insurance and send you to collections and they will not let the collection company wave any of it.
