Just the fact that it has a free parking lot when so many places nearby (downtown, the Grove, cwe) do not already ranks it higher on my list of local hangout spots. The drinks are strong and it attracts a grown, fun crowd.

I loved my time at Evae’s and recommend this venue for private events. Shardae and her team are welcoming, kind and very professional. My sister and I stopped in for a drink and conversation.
